      I purchased an eyebrow stamp kit on 12/13/2021. I was immediately charged for the purchase. Today is 1/5/22. I still have not received any updates nor the product. I have emailed the company 3 times and have left 2 voicemails with absolutely no response.

      I placed an order with this company on 10/30/21 for $26.32 and have yet to received my product. I emailed them and they told me they were behind on their shipment. After waiting a month I requested a refund. I was getting the run around and now I am not getting a response back at all. Below are the emails back and forth.       On Oct. 14th I ordered a product from Softies. Their address is *** * ******** *** ***********, California, USA, *****. ?***** ******** I never received the product due to them telling me that they have a high demand and small warehouse. They assured me that the order was processing and that I would receive an email to confirm. I never received an email. I still have not received the product. So I requested a refund TWICE so far. Emailing the same person. She (******) keeps telling me that she is awaiting feedback from management. ON NOV. 1st, I was sent this messege when I requested the refund the first time- Please be assured that your order is already being processed for shipment in the next few days. I asked for my money back on Dec. 14th....no refund I asked for my money back on Dec. 28th...Still being told that management needs to address the refund issue. I'm done...this is terrible business not to grant refund requests. They owe me $26.22, which was taken from my bank account on Oct. 14th. I have all emails from them if you need those as well. Thanks so much for any help

      I ordered a brow stamp kit on 11/29/21 & paid $26.22 for it. I received a confirmation text stating that it would be shipped in 5-7 days and that I’d receive a tracking # via email. I have received none of that information. I have tried contacting them via email & phone but never get a response back. They simply took my money but failed to send the product.

      I purchased an eyebrow stamp set on 10/13. The item was to ship 5-12 business days after purchase. After 12 business days I reached out about my purchase. They assured me they were behind and that it would be sent right away. Two weeks later still no tracking number for shipping. At this point we are 4 weeks after purchase. I contact them again requesting a refund. They said they would forward my email to the appropriate people and settle my refund. That was 2.5 weeks ago. We are now 6.5 to 7 weeks out from purchase with no product or refund. Emails are available per request.
