      The worst people I have ever dealt with. Thought I got a good deal till the tires went bald in 5 months and under ***** miles, on a ***** mile warranty. Went back into the ROSEDALE location and was treated horribly called a liar and had to go through the BBB Just to get at least 2 tires replaced. Unfortunately this is the most non honest place that I have dealt with. They cracked our rim when putting on the new tires and we had a flat the very next morning and the light for my tires came on as I left their establishment. When I went back in they rudely told me that they didn't even have to look at our tire and rim so put it on the car and you can get the F%&k out of my store. When I went to their general manager, they first didn't respond , so I called back and was said that because it went through the BBB, they have no obligation and it doesn't matter how they talk to people. Once I advised that I would be talking to an attorney the General manager called and wanted us to now that he has good people working there and never heard them talk like that and laughed it off as a miscommunication. The general manager would not listen again called my husband a liar and said we misunderstood but would give us a good deal on the other 2 tires when we needed to replace. WOW you don't treat people like they are dumb and you did us a favor by explaining how we misunderstood being cussed at and how the warranty really only goes ***** miles and sliding in all weather tires freak accidents happen, unbelievable! would give negative 0 if I could

      My tires in stock. Good, friendly, hometown customer service. Prices were lower when I compared places. And I got two tires and the alignment I needed- done and out of there in leas than an hour. Thank you. And they made sure to tell me to just come in (no appointment needed) for free rotation/5000 miles. Guy wanted me to get the most of my tires, etc. They did not try to sell me extra stuff and I love that.

      Don't even deserve a one star. Bought brand new tires from them. They throw beads in the tires that they can't balance on their machines. Which then proceeds to cause an issue with the tire that causes a wobble. Also had them do my front brakes and my lower and upper ball joints, they tore off some bushings, broke my caps to my rims, switched them to the back of the truck so I wouldn't notice, bent my dust covers for my rotors.

      An alignment specialist left a bolt loose in the vehicle. The mechanic claimed to have told me it was loose. Why would you let a car leave your shop in an unsafe condition? Staff forwarded information to Kevin W***, stating he would call you. I never received a call, and staff stated that if he hasn’t called you, he won’t.

      I've been buying my tires from Carroll's for over 20 years and never had a bad experience. I usually buy from the main store in Porterville, but I've had flat tires and other service done at other locations and received the same great service. Will always be my go-to tire dealer.

      I took my vehicle in to get the cabin filter replaced. When I got in my vehicle and turned my heater on high, it started making a loud noise. I immediately let the mechanic know of this noise, and he insisted that my AC was going out . Which I thought it was odd since it wasn’t making a noise before I took it in. I went home. I called back again and let them know what was going on. The mechanic insisted that it was my AC. So I took it to other auto shop, and there was a leaf stuck inside that was rubbing against the fan that was making that noise.
