    I called and purchased a power lift recliner. The 2nd chair I had purchased from this company. Asking for the same chair as my previous order. I provided the model number from their website. I drove 129 miles to the store to pick it up as it was a medical necessity and I needed it sooner than they could deliver.Upon returning home with the chair we discovered the chair was taller than the previous chair. My wife was unable to get into the chair. Causing her to fall and injure herself. She spent 4 days in the hospital. She is now home in a hospital bed due to the injury she sustained.In calling the company and asking them to exchange the chair, they wanted me to drive back and return it. I was unable and unwilling to do so. I was now dealing with my wife in the hospital and the error was not my fault. After several phone calls back and forth they finally agreed to send someone to pick up the chair and provide us with the Golden Technologies PR531- M26 that we had originally ordered. I asked for a refund of the difference in price $238. I was told they would not be refunding any difference and I needed to pay $80 for the new delivery. I did and also tipped the drivers $40. When I went to register the new chair I discovered it was another PR531-T28. The wrong chair again. After several phone calls back and forth with ***** and ******. They admitted the drivers delivered the wrong chair.They again sent 2 drivers, who picked up the wrong chair and delivered the correct chair.If I had bought the chair through their website I would have paid $238 less (the difference between the wrong chair and the actual chair I received) and would not have been charged any delivery fees. I am asking The Back Store to return to me $318. The difference of what the website says the chair costs and what I paid and the $80 in delivery fees. I have made this request known to the store and they are not responding to me. I first sent an email and then a registered letter. No response.

    I just ordered a chair from them and it's an immaculate Steelcase Leap V2 plus. If I didn't know it was refurbished I would swear it's brand new. The chair was shipped for free. It was very carefully bubble wrapped. They are responsive to requests through their system and it all worked out very well. I would recommend this place to anyone.
