    **Review for Sacramento Auto Dismantling** I had an absolutely terrible experience with Sacramento Auto Dismantling. I purchased a part that was promised to be in good-quality condition, but it turned out to be a complete nightmare. They charged me for the part **two days before even showing it to me**, and when I arrived to pick it up, the part was in awful conditionbroken corners and covered in scratches. When I refused to take the part in that condition, they tried to charge me a **25% restocking fee**, which is ridiculous considering the part was not as described. Their service was beyond unprofessional. Every time I called, they put me on hold for over 15 minutes, only to hang up on me. Frustrated, I decided to go in person, and to my shock, the employees were sitting on their personal phones while keeping me waiting. This business is highly unprofessional, their customer service is atrocious, and they sell defective parts labeled as quality. My advice? **DO NOT pay online or over the phone without seeing the parts in person.** They will take your money and provide you with subpar products. Avoid this place at all costs!
