    I purchased an Engine from Benzeen Auto Parts on 1/13/2025 located at *****************************************. I paid $6,500 for the engine and paid ***** for the motor to get installed but the motor was bad and it was sent back to Benzeen Auto parts. They were supposed to send me another motor but they tested the 2nd motor and that motor was bad. They decided to refund my money back of 6,500$ (its still processing and hasnt hit the bank). Im back where I started but down $*****k for the install because I decided to patronize Benzeen Auto parts in the first place. Is there anything I can do? I also have not had a vehicle since January 13th due to their lack of communication and slow actions. Ive also been accruing 25$ a day storage costs for the vehicle at the shop since 1/13/25 due to their car sitting there and no action by Benzeen.

    We purchased and installed an engine from Benzeen with a one-year warranty. With in 80 miles and 15 days the engine failed. I filed a claim with their warranty company, I was contacted by *** who requested information as to freeze frame data when the failure occurred that I was able to provide, at this point *** stopped responding. After more than 15 attempts to contact *** via Phone calls, texts, and email I sent an email to a group of contacts in their company and was contacted by ***. *** asked for the same info that *** asked for and I provided this to him. *** contacted me by phone and said the warranty was approved, to remove the engine and ship back. I did this also providing more pictures of the heat tabs intact and of the internal failure. The engine was picked up 12/27/24 and from this point *** has become unresponsive and seems to no longer have a number to contact as his line rings back to ***. Now after dozens of calls and emails with no response I am leaving this review.

    Purchased muffler for vehicle on 05/10/24. Explained clearly to **** (Sales Rep) exactly what I wanted. No cuts to be made to the piping. **** states that they "never cut up parts but always disconnect them with care." I receive the part on 05/20/24, not only cut off from the adjoining joint but with all 3 rubber isolating mounts chopped in half as well. I immediately reached out to **** to make him aware and he looked into it and sent pics of how it was sent as well as another muffler in the very same condition; clearly **** doesn't understand how his own colleagues disassemble these, as I was assured he not only understood my request and his response was "we don't cut these parts per customer request". Unsure how **** can explain how I received it cut as well as his picture showing that it was cut before shipping it to me if they indeed, "don't cut these parts per customer request". After requesting to get a replacement ASAP in the condition I requested originally, I got several excuses of how busy they were from the holiday weekend and requested to be put in contact with ****'s manager and was told he would reach out within 1.5-2 hours on 05/28/24. Never heard from manager and was told that he is very busy, be patient. My patience with this business and their excuses is exhausted. I want the part that I ordered in the condition I ordered it plain and simple.

    I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with the bank rep ********** and was told that there was no credit issued from the merchant Benzeen Auto Parts for this transaction. Also confirmed in the app that there has been no credit issued. Original disputed amount of ****** was posted as a "conditional credit" and that was reversed on 05/10/24, thus the merchant has never issued a refund of the full amount of ******, as this case shows they agreed to do.

    On June 9th I purchased a transmission from Beenzeen auto for $1063.48. The order# ******. The transmission was sent to ****************** in ***** **. I was informed in August around the first week that the transmission didn't work and that I needed to contact ***** to get a refund and have ******** Auto to come back and pick up the transmission. I have spoken with ***** several times and to no avail I have yet to receive my refund and the transmission has yet to be picked up. I am at a loss with my money and my car still not working.

    I am complaining about this company in regards of a purchase of an auto part. On March 24,2023 I ordered a navigation screen. The payments were split into 2 payments of $377.86 and $222.13 in total $599.00 for the navigation screen. I received the screen on the first week of April. On the second week of April when I took my car to get the *** screen installed and it was there, I was told that it was defective because the screen wouldn't close properly. Resulting in a wasted repair that was at my expense. Later that week, I called to make the company aware that the product was defective and there spoke with ********************* (Manager), *************************, and *********************** numerous times. I spoke with them to help me with the return process where I was told that I had to figure it out on my own. Then I followed up, it was then when I received the confirmation that I would be eligible to get my refund; they assured me that I was. Not to mention, having a 6-month warranty when I purchased the part. I finally was able to ship the part back to them where I paid to ensure its arrival by requiring a signature which was $54 as well. The package had to been received because the signature was given to accept the package. The date that it was shipped was July 24th and they received it roughly around the 29th. With my end of the bargain being upheld the only thing left for me to do was wait on my refund. Since I contacted them about my refund which I still hadn't received until this day, I am still being promised to receive it with no update on the status and a refusal to return. Furthermore, this entire situation has been very frustrating and unpleasant. I would like to be able to hold them accountable and be compensated for the strenuous process I have had to endure.

    I am rejecting this response because: I was not being refunded the whole amount. The full amount of the part is what I am asking for because I've endured enough with this company from receiving a defective part, then to have waited this long to even get a response from you all, paying additional money just to return the product to the company and furthermore complaining to the BBB.  Not to mention the terrible service I have been given from the representatives giving me the run around instead of properly resolving this situation and I don't see it even necessary to go through such a strenuous ordeal to receive what is owed to me. My Auto Parts representative contacted me to inform me that "Benzeen owes you your money". In conclusion, I should be demanding much more because of the experience but unless it's necessary to get legal services involved; I will conclude this case when I receive the $222.13 along with the $377.86 which totals to be $599 that I paid to purchase the navigation screen and it has been returned.

    I am rejecting this response because: Greetings, the reason for inquiring is to request to reopen this complaint because I have not received any form of payment or any type of correspondence on a date to when I would be able to receive my money back. I have reached out numerous times so that I would have some idea on when I would receive the payment and how I would be obtaining it. The total amount of the complaint was $599.99. I was not able to be totally satisfied with the initial response. I was told that I couldn't receive that amount because I was told that my payment information was shared (without my knowledge) with a third party. In result, Benzeen's response was that I would only be able to receive $377.86. The remaining balance of $222.13 would not be considered. I did not want to be at a complete loss so I did agree on the response because I did want to get something on my return. On August 29, 2023, Benzeen did agree to pay $377.86 and  I was also sent the invoice via email and I have that attached below. Benzeen is not assuming responsibility for the entire cost of the navigation screen. He has in his possession the part that I paid for special shipping to returned and my money. For all that is transpired, I am beyond exasperated with this entire ordeal and I would like to have this resolved as soon as possible.

    I am rejecting this response because: Benzeen Auto Parts is the company that received the defective part. The Manager of My Auto Parts Repair, ********************* directed me to return the defective part to the address of Benzeen Auto Parts. This knowledge proves that Benzeen Auto Parts has possession of the defective part. Though, my transaction was made through My Auto Parts Repair; this is proving that these two companies are linked together. While corresponding with My Auto Parts Repair, a representative by the name of *********************** that works there even stated "Benzeen Auto Parts owes you your money, not us." Ultimately, I am demanding back another brand-new part or my refund. This is non-negotiable. I have refrained from legal action because I was told from *** Benzeen on the 29th of August, that my refund was on its' way. There was no rebuttal of his involvement, and an invoice was also sent from him and the amount of the refund. There has to be a solution and a party held responsible.

    I purchased an engine from company, I was charged an additional $650 core charge for the return of my old engine (JM0019) is my order number from company. Once I tried to return engine merchant states it's my responsibility to have engine shipped back to their warehouse. I was never told it was my responsibility for return shipping when I placed my order. Now merchant wants me to sell engine to local junkyard to receive some compensation for engine. I find this highly unacceptable and information on original sale was not clear. Merchant should be held accountable for the return of the bad engine which I was charged for. I should be refunded my core charge and or merchant pays for the return of bad engine.

    Hello, I purchased an item from Benzeen Auto Parts. They had the part i was interested in purchasing listed at $475, a rear subframe for 2019 ******** E63. They had an option where I could submit to them my best offer. I had sent them an offer for $300, and they sent me a counter offer for $450 which i accepted and paid in full. A few hours later I see the money was returned to my PayPal. When i called Benzeen to see why they sent me a refund, their reason according to their employee ****, was that they priced the item incorrectly. He then proceeded to tell me to send an email to their sales manager, **************************** , to resolve this matter. I am still waiting for them to respond. This seems fishy and I believe they are engaging in price gouging. After refunding me the money they re-listed the part at $975. They are the only ones with this part readily available, as every ******** dealer I contacted regarding this part, told me that this item is on back order and that there are none in the US and it would take months for it to get here from *******.     I apologize for the inconvenience; I would like to give some context. 

     

    If a customer calls for a unit that does not meet their fitment; we will advise on the correct part for customer. Sometimes that *** result in a different price. 

     

    Also note that inventory management is not perfect within the automotive industry; nor at dealerships or recyclers as there is many SKU's/Options 

     

    Benzeen ants to supply customers with the correct part with the correct market value rather then the cheapest price possible as this eventually is in the best interest of the customer.

    Date of transaction: 12/08/20 ; paid BENZEEN AUTO PARTS $12000.00; The business committed to a 1 ********************* Warranty on all parts. This standard 1 year warranty protects your parts against failure for up to 1 year. In the event of failure BENZEEN AUTO PARTS will repair, replace, or refund the purchase of the part. The engine ( 2013 S63 ) has a knocking sound coming from both side of the engine and it is using oil. The business offer $1500.00 dollars. I declined the offer. The business then said maybe they could get me a couple more $100.00. The business last offered $2000.00 for labor. The estimated cost for repairs from ******** **** was over $6800.00 if they didn't find anything else wrong after they open up the engine. Reference Number ******.

     I understand you must be frustrated and i don't blame you, but we stand strong by our warranty. Shortly said your purchase date was 12/08/2020 this claim was made on 7/15/2022 1.5 years later. 

     

     With used parts its never easy, especially a ******** ******* That is why Benzeen offers a FREE 1 year warranty; unfortunately you did not purchase a extended warranty.

     

     Although no extended warranty was purchased out of good measure Benzeen was willing to offer you a partial  discount to help you; as a goodwill donation/reimbursement to a valued customer.

     

     Still today I believe that was going the extra mile.  ******* i truly hope things get better.

    I am rejecting this response because: My warranty claim starter APIRL 26, 2021. There was a one year Warranty from 12/08/2020 to 12/08/2021.
