BUYER BEWARE! This shop is DIRTY business. Parts STOLEN. Brought my truck for high pressure pump repairs. ***** stayed for over a week. Estimate for repairs came out to be very expensive to where I thought it's not worth repairing it. I mentioned to them I will probably send it to the auction.. AND here came the "GOLDNE OPPORTUNITY" to steal the usable parts! Got my truck few days later. Got second opinions. And other mechanics pointed out lots of typical usable parts were missing from the truck.They did return most parts when I called them out on it. They didn't even argue on it, obviously because they caught "hot-handed." I was finally able to get the truck repaired with another mechanic but because of other discovered missing parts, my truck has slipped into the Lymph/SAFE MODE and I was stranded multiple times while coming back to this shop for missing parts and trying to get the truck to function right, now after cause of issues since parts were missing... I've incurred ADDITIONAL approximately $1,500 of unnecessary expenses with towing (twice) due to issue created with the ***** of parts. Asked the owner to at least refund my $547.82 diagnostic fee and I would of just went my own way and kept the BAD ****** to myself but they just blew me off and ignored me after multiple requests for a refund. Paid $547.82 for diagnostics on 10/20/2022. **** was point of contract. I would of been okay and "ate the additional expenses" if they have refunded me just at least the diagnostics charge, but at this point, I will provide receipts upon request of all the additional expenses incurred totaling over additional $1,500 in addition to the $547.82, and I expect the full refund.
