    I recently had a reservation at your La Quinta Inn that has gave me a couple different issues. I checked out of the room last tuesday, Not only did I complain about my room key being not functional sometimes at night, but the remote for the TV never worked to turn the channels only volume, all 3 nights Id complain and ask for a switch or new remote to no avail. Also, There was an unauthorized charge for on my payment card both Sunday and Monday morning totaling $96, separate from the normal $100 deposit, which has already been released and credited back to me. It has been over 7 business days and *** still not received the money back after emailing the location manager and after already receiving the room deposit back on 3/14.
