              These people are the worst. Somehow, I got roped into using them as a broker for Mercury insurance. They upped my insurance by $85.00 a month after I used the insurance to get a paint job to cover some scratches on my car - after I paid a $500 deductible. When I decided to change providers, I told them two weeks in advance that I had acquired new auto insurance. They still deducted $434 from my account and told me itll take 7 - 10 business days to get it back. Do NOT use these people. Sloppy, greedy, and crooked.
