On January 2nd I ordered a pair of "leather pants" from Mongogirl Clothing off of TikTok for $30.79. The item received is totally different from what was advertised. I have been going back and forth with the merchant for a refund. I've requested information in order to return the order which they will not provide so I submitted the address from the shipping label received. I have also provided pictures to them of my issue with this purchase and requested a full refund, they will not refund my funds and only offered me 15% which is not an acceptable amount. I ordered a "******** Whatever Box" from this company. Not only did i file an immediate discrepancy with my bank because after i placed my order I thought for sure it was a scam. I placed my order Dec 11 2024. I just received the package today January 10 2025. The "Box" was infact a bag. The contents were not worthy of a gumball machine item. Not even the supposed Hoodie. I am trying to now contact the company which has no contact info whatsoever except the address on the package itself. I would like a shipping label to return the items to wherever or whomever and also an immediate refund. I'm super angry about this 1 because it was suppose to be a Christmas gift and 2 because it took a month to come from ********** and 3 because the items weren't worthy of much of anything. I would also like this to be resolved in a timely fashion. Anything less would be unacceptable.Business Response

Received a package of items that I did not order (Ear pods and a usb cable)Shipper was Jerry(001)-Yasfbara, ************************************************************* via **** Mail. The box inside was printed with "lucky Box" with two boxes inside. I am not sure why these items were sent to me and no receipt was inside. I believe these items were sent in place of another item i bought. I did not order ear pods or a USB cable from anyone!I do not have an order or tracking number because I didn't order it. On 11/6/2024, I purchased online 3 dog beds, size large for my 3 dogs. After not getting confirmation of my payment and order no. I checked reviews of this company and found that they are scamming people. I emailed them to tell them to cancel order and not ship. Within days they send email saying they were shipping. I again emailed I do not want the beds, I am getting them elsewhere -- they refused to cancel and sent a very small package that could never contain one dog bed let alone. I sent it back RETURN to SENDER -- they sent it back 3X -- I spent $28.00 and sent it Registered mail -- a couple of days later they sent it to me a 4th time.Business Response

I ordered an Amazon returns box for $61.26. What I recieved was 2 items worth maybe *****. This was grossly misrepresented. There is a set of earbuds and some Made in ***** charging cables. I ordered two handbags from a company called MarbellaClo and they use Jerry Yasfbara for their products and shipping. I ordered the bags on 10/17/2024 and didnt receive them until 11/13/2024. I emailed them that same day as well as 11/17/2024 and 11/19/2024. I have contacted this company several times regarding a return and refund for the products Ive purchased. The items do not look like the photos online and they also came defective. Per their return policy, they offer a full refund for defective items. I have not received any communication back aside from an automated message saying someone would reach out in 2 business days (its been almost a week now). Ive read several reviews online saying this company is a scam. I spent $62.90 on their purses and would like a full refund.
