    We purchased a home in October 2021. We wanted to move in to New flooring throughout the house so we contracted LA carpet for new laminate flooring throughout our home. 3 months later the floor started to separate and lift throughout the home. Leave contacted the company in March 2022 and yet has found a resolution. We have had three inspections from their company also involving a third party inspector per la carpet to determine what was wrong with their faulty product and they have yet to find a resolution. We keep getting the runaround, and no action has been taken to repair or replace defaulty defective flooring.

    Good afternoon,

    LA Carpet has communicated to customer on Friday 05/06/22, they were notified we are moving forward with repair.  The material has been ordered and we are waiting on material arrival to proceed with repair date.
