    Ordered a table from this company in June 2024. It was out of stock with the manufacturer and I was offered a refund. (Should have taken it.) The item came back in stock and the web site indicated in was waiting for pick up in September 2024. And nothing happened. Calls to the 800 number were never answered and messages were not returned. Sent emails the **** **** at the email he had sent me and got no response. Made a complaint to BBB and it never was handled. The web site disappeared. I ultimately reported this to my credit card company as fraud.

    Made a large purchase. Have not gotten my product nor have I gotten my refund. Talked with ******* he said our product would be coming, then said product was not able to be stocked in the warehouse so Ill be getting a refund. Have not seen a dime back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, it is a scam.

    The product looked great. Great price. 2 Modway Divulge Armchairs with Ottoman. White. Can't get a response from these people. No customer service. No call back. No emails back. Paid for my merchandise - 2 chairs. Can't get a response as to status of shipping. ****** T

    I have not found this business to be trustworthy. I believe I have been scammed! Every attempt to get information on my order has been virtually ignored. All the high claims concerning his business surely seems to be fraudulent. I would have simply liked to receive my order in a timely manner but it seems that there will be no order coming my way yet this business is happy to have charged my banking account very quickly for the purchase amount.

    Excellent customer service and price. I placed and order before the holidays and was on a strict timeline for its arrival. I checked in several times with **** because I was so nervous about it getting here on time. He was wonderful to work with and the vanity arrived in perfect condition and on time. They also sold it for the best price. Sincerely, *****
