    I ordered a bra and shape wear on April 8 and received the item on the 10th. The items were to small and an exchange was initiated. The item was sent back on 4/15. It is now 4/24 and I have not received my exchange. Everytime I inquire they tell me the items are on back order. At this point I want a refund if they can't send my items.

    I placed an order on April 11th 2025. I received and email stating that once the order is shipped, I'll receive an email with the tracking number of my package. I have yet to receive any further contact despite my two attempts through email and six phone calls within the last two days. I want my items ASAP or a full refund ASAP! This is unacceptable, I feel as though I've been scammed.

    I ordered the AirSlim Postpartum Side Zipper Support Shorts Black XL for $64, the Underwire Push-Up Bra Black / 40C/D for $48, and the Mystery Box | $13 for a Surprise on 3/24/2025. I have not received any correspondence from the company since then. Every time I try to track the Package information provided it keeps showing as received and that is all. I want an update on the products I paid for and for them to be delivered. Thank you in advance.

    I placed an order yesterday, 3/2/2025 I had two coupon codes and thought system attached the coupon with the bigger savings it didnt. I immediately chatted in but said they were offline so I emailed them. ***** in customer service responded to my email ignored my request to cancel my order (before it shipped) and just addressed that only one coupon could be applied. I called during their business hours also chatted and emailed and got no response and their phone number said they were unavailable at 10am EST this morning 3/3/2025. She emailed that the order couldnt be cancelled because it had been shipped the this evening, 3/3/2025 @ 8:12pm cst. I want my full refund. This company is clearly a scam.

    Where do I begin. ???????. I have purchased products from Shapellx twice now. The first time I had no need for a return or exchange, which the company advised is totally welcome on their website. However, on my last purchase I purchased $400 worth of products which all came in good condition. Order #: SYSX-*******. However, Ive lost weight and even though I downsized from prior, the products were too large so I need to do an exchange on several of the products and a refund on only 2. I have send 2 emails, tried calling number listed, and try texting to get in touch with customer service to no avail. I am highly disappointed and frustrated because I have an upcoming trip I needed my products for. The contact number, email etc listed appears to be fraudulent and does not get you any response. Hence Im stuck with products I cannot use. I wish I knew this before making such a large purchase and would not advise anyone to purchase from this company.

    I purchased 3 items online March 11, 2025. A few days later, I was advised the items were not available in the color I ordered. I was offered a different color but I declined. They asked me to wait an additional 7 days for the item/ color I ordered. By March 22, I received 1 of the items. I emailed asking they refund the other 2 items. As of April 2, 2025, I have not received my refund. I'm worried this company is a fraud that steals money from customers. Please help me get my refund?

    I ordered this February ******* paid the amount of $110.66 but never received my items. They are saying that I should have received it by now but again I have not. I would like the transaction completed or my money returned.

    Ordered a shapeware item I saw advertised on social media. I thought i had added a 2x in my cart however with going back and forth between deciding which items I wanted I ordered a S. Reached out to company after receiving the small to exchange for the 2x. I was sent a email which stated as a one time curtesy they would send me the 2x and I could keep the small if I first did a review about the product. To which I replied I would have no problem doing a review once I receive the exchanged item and I could actually review it. No response from company. Followed up the email a few days later asking for the return/exchange documents. Company responded with a email that gave a link for a exchange request and I have not heard or received exchange documents. Company has a 30 day policy listed on website but this process has almost been ***************************************** I can return for a full refund.

    Within less than 24 hours of placing an order with this website, I was sent an email stating that my item was out of stock and would now not deliver until April 7th despite. When I initially placed this item, it stated it would be delivered in 3-7 business days which meant the latest it would be delivered is March 28th. Despite sending numerous emails, I keep getting automated responses that customer service will be in touch with me ***** hours. Their website claims they have live customer service from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm ET through their online chat support or through calling their customer service line. This is such BS, I called at least 10 times yesterday "during their hours" and each time, the phone line said that the agents were offline. I have called at least five times today and it says the same thing, that agents are offline. I've tried going on the online chat group and selecting "talk to human" - but it says the SAME THING AS THE PHONE - the agents are offline. Despite this horrific experience, I thought oh maybe some of the time I was calling it was ET time so I thought I should call during PT times since they are in **********. WRONG. Doesn't matter what time you call, NO ONE will answer. I was so excited to get this item and have been brutally scarred by this horrific customer service experience. The worst part is that I ordered this for a wedding I am a bridesmaid in and the only reason I ordered it is because the website delivery date was at the latest Friday March 28th. So I thought just maybe it will arrive before I have to go out of town that afternoon but nope. I cant even get an email customer service response but they can email me that they let me order something out of stock and its no longer available despite them taking my money? Whats the point of trying to say you sell "quality" products if your customer service department is the shittiest ever. They need to retrain customer service and they need to improve it, unacceptable.
