I bought this litter box in July. Ive been in contact with there costumer services since August 21st we have been going back and forth since then I have 1 year warranty but they are no help my litter box keeps malfunctioning and they are no help Ive asked to return the box ********************************************** 150 to return and there only gonna refund me 30 dollars when i legit spent 370 dollars I have no idea what actions I can take on this but Im very upset because they lied to me and they lied on there website theres no way to get in contact other then email and they are no help they just keep saying try this litter try this litter and Ive bought 8 different types of litter and noting works its horribleInitial Complaint

This litter box I received from them does not work correctly at all. When you try contacting the business by phone, email, or the app - they never get back to me. I even bought replacement parts from them, to try and fix my issue - they will not communicate. I wish to receive a full refund for the product and its respective product replacement pieces. As this was not a user error, this was a company fault for bad making of this box.Initial Complaint

Their website says 90 days full refund. I went back and forth with them with emails. Submitted proof that their product is not working and wanted to return it but they kept giving me the run around with emails. Then they are offering a $79 refund when I spent over $300 on their product.Initial Complaint

The product arrived broken. I asked for a refund and was told that I had to send a video. I explained that after receiving the product, not only was it broken, but was made cheaply. I purchased the liter box with a 30-day free trial and was supposed to be refunded fully if I wasnt satisfied. Well I am not satisfied with a broken machine. My litter box all of a sudden will not turn on. I reached out to customer service by email on 6/14/2024. I called and left several voicemails because no one ever picks up the phone. I also went onto ******** where I originally saw the litter box for sale. No response! I just want help to resolve the issue because this box was super expensive! This company has 2 addresses I filed on one, same with this one. Product does not work they block all honest reviews on ******** where they advertise. There is no way to contact a customer support line, they email weeks later with ridiculous offers, $20 back on $300+ product, which they call a partial refund or I can gift a broken product to a friend.Initial Complaint

I received the product delivery and right out do the box it doesnt work. Wont even turn on. I have been trying to reach out to the company since the moment I plugged the 360 dollar paperweight into the wall and it didnt work, with no response. I have called, emailed, messaged even left comments on their ******** where they are actively promoting the product with nothing in return. They claim to have a return policy but wont provide the necessary information needed. I am at my wits end. I just want this product sent back and my money returned.
