    This company has taking 6 months to release land to be sold. I still cant sell and they have pocketed over $1000 in fees for the application

    When i refinanced with my mortgage company they told me after 20% of the loan to value was paid off my pmi would drop. I currently owe **********. The value of my home is appraised at $308,000. I have 43% of the value of my home paid off. I contacted them multiple times, when i speak to them on the phone they make it seem like they're going to drop it then send a letter saying they're not dropping it

    Good afternoon. I have put a request for home assistance. Currently I have a tenant who has not paid rent for a year. I have been going back and fourth with this situation once I got to a point I asked for help to continue current. I am a veteran and I have a secret clearance I stated that to planet home lending. They gave me the paper for hardship I knew it would take a while. Currently I have been asking for responses since I keep doing the same process over and over. Only time I get an answer will be closer to the end of the month. When the next payment is due it takes about 14 days to review one document and I have been consistently asking.Currently I resubmitted everything I called and asked the status I was told everything was end within 30 days va and planet home will work out a plan. I only want to move one payment to the back of my loan or not be reported to the credit bureau. I have been going back to court and I fin evicted the tenant and have a buyer in place but I currently cant afford anything else its why I reached out. After months of trying to planet home I asked for a supervisor and nothing no response. I was told it was with the underwriter that was a lie also since they just said I have to wait another ********************************************************************************************** bankrupt before getting any help I let the company know my situation the rep said sorry you have to wait and what ever happens not their problem. My loan was bought from this company and I wish I never had. I would just like for it to be rushed or a payment not being late last 30 days so I can sell this home and no longer have any issues. I understand va has to do things but I been asking for this for 3 now 4 months what else would be needed. I can show proof of eviction court dates and ledger of nonpayment to show my hardship I only want one month to help with the situation.

    On December 26th I called my mortgage company to let them know that the scheduled payment on December 29th was not going to be fulfilled that I needed to make payment arrangements. I spoke to a representative. We paid $3000 that day and took the remaining balance and moved it to January 16th. That was to cancel the payment schedule on the 29th. On January sixth, they withdrew $4500 from my account overdrawing my account. I at no time authorized any withdrawals from my account on January ********. They refuse to be held accountable for their error and are causing me finishing hardship and mental anguish and instability. I have incurred in a nsf fees and I have not been able to get gas or money to go to work. I have now lost my job so I have loss of wages. They refuse to cancel the payments. They've hit me again now and are telling me that they are not going to pay my fees because I didn't say the word cancel when i called to make payment arrangements on the amount due and have currently triple charged my account. even though I clearly state that I don't have that. I need to make a payment. I need help getting someone to take care of my fees and to reimburse me the $4000 I lost on the job this week because they made a mistake and refused to call me back to resolve in a timely manner. I am now out of money until who knows when because they continue to withdraw my account and I'm now having to close my account so that it will stop and then I have to wait another week to get the money that was there back. I have no way to feed myself or my family. I have no way to get gas to go to work. I am literally being attacked and retaliated against due to their prejudices against me because I feel behind one payment. I've followed all their rules and did what they have asked of me and they did it anyways.

    On September 16 I made an electronic payment for my mortgage. The company took a second unauthorized payment on September 15. I called to explain that I did not authorize 2 payments and asked that they reverse the unauthorized payment. Their response was it’s less than 10 days away from my next payment so they would not refund the money. I explained that it caused hardship and that I am a senior in fixed income. They were inconsiderate and lied when I spoke to customer service who said they would reverse the payment.

    Ever since I've had this mortgage company I've had nothing but trouble, my property has 2 tax accounts that is just the way it works, and the mortgage company KNOWS this information yet they always fail to pay one of the accounts, right now my county has sent me notice they are planning to file a lawsuit against me for not having my property taxes paid from 2020-2021 which is for the amount of $5,500.79. I am sick of always dealing with this issue with this company and THEY NEVER help, i called them and they told me i need to pay it myself even though i have an escrow and they should be paying it, everyone is so unhelpful, specially since this is their mistake and they are being irresponsible, at this point they should be the only ones responsible for paying this amount since it has been their wrong doing, as well as the lack of professionalism, at this point i am extremely upset and frustrated because this company is a fraud and scam and they have failed to help me and have been unable fix this issue, they keep telling me to send them proof of such and i have been sending them what they ask for since 2020, i cannot wait any longer and i find a resolution to this issue ASAP, otherwise people need to know this company is not reliable and they should not be allowed to operate, i expect an answer as soon as possible as it is past due for 2 whole years and i also deserve an apology and compensation since they have failed to follow our contract, and that is a crime.
