I have been trying to reach Shredcare/Intek for over 2 weeks. In January 2023, I filed a warranty claim for a 4 month old shredder . I complied with all requirements as requested of me. After no response for over a month, I called and emailed the numbers in the user manual. All phone numbers associated with this company are now going to a busy signal. My emails have been returned with the message "Message Blocked".As one of the requirements to initiate a warranty claim, I was told by ******, at the toll-free number, to cut the cord at the back of the shredder at 4" from the machine's back. So I have a totally useless shredder and HSN where I purchased it said the only recourse I have is through the warranty process with Shredcare/Intek.Where can I go to get help?

I am a legal assistant for Attorney ********************* in *******. He purchased the Boxis Autoshredder#AD100A in Aug. 2022. The shredder stopped working in Feb. 2023. I was able to reach a customer service agent on 2/14/2023 about the issue. She said it seemed like the shredder had stripped gears and she asked me to cut the electrical cord, take a photo of the cut cord and the label showing the model# and email it to her to get a replacement shredder. I did as instructed and I haven't heard back from the company. I have also tried calling them numerous times. The phone usually doesn't ring, or I get disconnected by an automated message.I'm disappointed because the item stopped working during the warranty time period, and I feel like this company is running a big scam and their website says "under construction."
