I've encountered a series of unfortunate incidents with this company. Despite having a furnace installed in December 2021, it took them over half a year to obtain the necessary permit. Communication has been consistently challenging.In February 2024, just two months after the two-year labor coverage expired, the furnace malfunctioned due to a broken inducer motor and pressure switch, as confirmed by their inspection. This is especially frustrating considering the furnace is relatively new and touted as high quality by their salesperson, indicating potential issues with installation.Unfortunately, we're forced to rely on them to utilize the manufacturer warranty, as no other company is willing to intervene. Initially, Service All-Stars quoted over $1000 for repairs, but after intense negotiations, we settled on $700 for labor.We scheduled an appointment for this Monday (March 4th), with assurances that the parts would be delivered by March 1st, making the next Monday the earliest availability. Their technician arrived in the morning to collect the broken parts, promising to return with replacements within an hour.However, by afternoon, no technician had arrived. The customer ********************** representative assured us it would be fixed by the end of the day. Both my husband and I took the day off for the appointment.Later, a member of their management team called to inform us they dont know where the parts are and dont have a schedule for the repair, suggesting we may have to wait indefinitely. Its frustrating that they didnt inform us earlier or suggest rescheduling.As of now, we've received no updates from the company. The lack of communication and organization is unacceptable. At this point, were unsure when we can expect the furnace to be fixed.
