    Terrible service. Won't answer calls, won't return calls either. They showed up late to my move and wouldn't give updated. When they did show up they revived payment and wouldn't provide me with a inventory list and said it was fine. Would call each week and ask for updated. Michal the manager nor the moving company would answer my calls or questions. I would have to get my broker to call them for me to get a response. The response was usually it will be there in a week and the items wouldn't arrive and I would t get an update. My stuff came extremely late after calling each week. When they arrived the driver presented me with a document claiming I didn't pay. I called the brokers and they told me they needed proof I paid and I sent them the proof. Then then merged Michal the manager from the company on the line and told him I had proof. The contract they presented also stated that I owe them more money for storage since they were late. They claimed that this was there fault and they would get a new contract. I waited for 30 minutes and called him back. At this point Michael threatend to change the prices on me if I didn't sign his contract full of lies as well as telling me to bring the company to court over this matter and that I need to sign it and that I'm holding up his company. I called the broker and they said they will get it unloaded without having to sign the fake contract. Once stuff started getting unloaded most all of my boxes were broken,random pieces of furniture was broken as well. Cannot get a return phone call or an update about a claim.
