This is in reference to a monthly billing for a "subscription" that I never knowingly "agreed to". I have already made every effort to cancel said "subscription", without resolution. My credit card has refused payment and was able to have Oak and Hearth refund a couple of charges. Recently, O and H has started billing me again, in direct contradiction to my cancellation. I have attempted to reach them by both phone and email repeatedly, by the numbers and email addresses provided online, but none are valid. This company CANNOT be reached.

I purchased items from Oak & Hearth and was surreptitiously signed up for a subscribtion (without my knowledge) to heaven knows what. This is despicable and under-handed business acumen on their part. They did eventually cancel, but refused to return my money.

I am being charged monthly for a subscription. I guess I signed up for a 7 day trial, but now no matter what I do I can't make it stop! I do not want this subscription. I don't even understand this and I feel it is fraudulent. I am not looking to get my money back, but I want this to stop. I recently changed my credit card number and it's still showing up on my new card! Something is really wrong here. Please help!

I purchsed jackets for 2 *********** were delivered as advertised. However, I have been being charged $18.33 for a subscription that I was unaware of . After emailing the company I got an email to show me that I did sign up for it. Even at that it says $18.33 per month but they have charged me 2 times every ****** ***** the amount has gone to $37+. No one answers nor returns calls. The website where they tell you (by blanket email) to go to cancel your subscription will not allow you to cancel it. There is no actual contact from the company. I want the money refunded to my ********* "subscription" canceled.

I ordered a bag from Oak and Hearth and without my consent they started charging me a monthly subscription of $18.33 on my credit card. I only realized these charges had happened when reviewing my annual summary to do taxes. Not only that but the charges use a strange code rather than the Oak and Hearth name so its hard to identify them. This business is a complete scam.

But reviewing my credit card account for taxes, I discovered a recurring charge of $18.33.Since discovering this, I have made multiple attempts to cancel but phone numbers 'are no longer available' and emails diret me to a web site that is an error.I'd like to recoup but definitely want to end this charge.

Starting in October 2022 I purchased a bag from oak and hearth , since then I have been charged monthly $18.33 on varying dates throughout the month. I did not agree or sign up for a subscription . Seems like many people are being scammed into a monthly fee of the same amount . When you call customer service they redirect to cancel your subscription online/email, but you never receive an email back to cancel. This company is nonresponsive to all inquiries regarding cancellation of subscriptions.

At some point in the year 2022 best I can tell from my credit card statements, I purchased a soft sided travel bag from this company for around $29.95. Months later I noticed a charge each month, sometimes twice, for the amount of $18.33. After that I looked back at all my statements and discovered it was going on for more than 15 months and so I was being charged interest on these amounts also. I disputed the charges with my credit card company. Initially they took the charges off but put them back on after they said I did have one legitimate purchase from the company at some point. Without my knowledge, evidently the Oak & Hearth had put me on some kind of subscription. Why would a person subscribe to any travel bag company or whatever they are. I tried to contact the company and their voicemail is not legitimate because you cannot leave a message. I also emailed them and no response. The next day after I emailed them I received a weird email and two more charges on my credit card. They should not be able to prey on people and rip them off in this way. This is unacceptable. So my "cheap" travel bag ended up costing me a fortune and a headache to deal with.
