Hello, I have been paying roughly $50.00 a month for the past 3 or 4 years, I did not know I was paying for this. I have reached out to the company via email and called them about 30 time in the last 2 days. They will not cancel this subscription. Please help me out. All i want is for this to be cancelled. I am being charged a monthly membership fee that I did not sign up for and the company provides no way to cancel. The phone numbers provided are non working, email requests go unanswered and cancelation links provided are nonworking as well. No way to cancel this membership and I am charged each month. This company enrolled me in a subscription without my knowledge after a purchase over 24 months ago. They have been charging my credit card twice every month a subscription fee of $37.00. When I go to their website to cancel my subscription the "cancel" button curiously does not work. When I called their number I sat on hold for over 40 minutes. I believe the number just parks you on hold permanently. I am now going to dispute the charges with ****************. I also think it's curious that the charges go through at night when I don't get a notice that I can see - as I'm sleeping. They have charged me over $800 in the past 12 months.Initial Complaint

I placed an order 5/21/20 for some covid safety. It seems that there was a free 7 day subscription I either didn't see it or forgot to cancel. From May 2020 until 5/23 I was billed $18.31. I did look into the charges and wasn't able to figure out how to cancel. In 6/23 I started being billed $18.31 twice a month 1/24. I've tried to cancel numerous times but could not figure out my account or how to cancel. The cancel subscription button didn't work, Was not sure why In 2/24 I started being billed ***** twice a month. I tried at one point to dispute the charges with my credit card and charges were taken away but that was reversed back from the credit card. I finally figured out the email I had used for sure and my first order and did email to cancel. Got directions on how to unsubscribe and I tried again and nothing happened yet again. I then called the contact number to cancel and spent 3 hours ****************************************************************************** English. I'm annoyed at myself for not catching the subscriptions billing but not being able to cancel makes me realize the company is unethical and bilking everyone by design. I purchased 3 travel bags in March of 2023 and they are lovely. Then I realized that I was being charged a monthly membership fee of *****. I never signed up for this and am very careful not to fall for these "memberships." I have been trying to cancel this membership since January 2024 in every way possible. When you call any of their phone numbers they have recorded messages saying their telephone service is not operating at this time. When you email them you get a standard message back explaining that you signed up for the membership and if you want to cancel do so online. When you go online and type your email to cancel it goes nowhere and is not working. I know they have stolen at least $397.30 from me over the last year. I just want it to stop!Initial Complaint

I purchased something from the them back in February or March 2023, I dont even remember what it was. It seems they have been charging my credit card ever since for ***** and this year its up to ***** a month. Its my fault I dont pay attention to my statements, I just happened to look at it about 2 weeks ago and saw all these charges. I contacted ***** and said I dont know what this is for. I put a hold on my account and they told me to contact them. Well they wont answer the phone and I emailed them at the stated address to cancel the membership but all I keep getting is a form letter response telling me I signed up for it. I would not have signed up for something like this. It had to be slipped in on the checkout process and I didnt even realize it. Please help me with this or direct me to someone who can. Around a year ago I bought a toy for one of my grandkids on line. Paid for it and received it and that should have been that. Several months later we noticed that monthly charges were coming out of our account from Oak and **********************. I had no idea who this company was and couldnt think of any way that I would have agreed to anything with them. I called my bank and reported it as fraud. I tried calling Oak and Hearth and found that they do not accept phone calls. My bank investigated and refunded over $300 back into our account. A few weeks later the bank took the money back and said that they found that we did business with them and we need to resolve it with them. I was able to make contact through email and after a few back and forth messages getting a run around with them and me demanding them to show me how I ended up with these charges, they sent an invoice for the kids toy I bought on line. They said that when I made that purchase I signed up for their subscription. I did not and would not have signed up for any subscription through some $30 on line purchase of a toy. This company is tricking people to rip you off. They are fraudulent and deceitful and through their tricks they can cover their tracks to rip people off and technically not be criminal.Initial Complaint

Auto-enrolled in a membership that I didnt know anything about after making 1 purchase 3 years ago. I have had $18.83 taken out of my account every month since. Im not disputing that. It was my fault for not reading the fine print. On 9/23, $49.93 was taken out of my account under recurring payment for Oak and Hearth. When I tried calling them, the recording said they dont support live phone calls. Same response from all 3 numbers I tried. I emailed them my intent to cancel my subscription and wanted to be reimbursed for the $49.93 that was taken out and they sent me a link for cancelling but it froze the screen and wouldnt let me submit itInitial Complaint

This is in reference to a monthly billing for a "subscription" that I never knowingly "agreed to". I have already made every effort to cancel said "subscription", without resolution. My credit card has refused payment and was able to have Oak and Hearth refund a couple of charges. Recently, O and H has started billing me again, in direct contradiction to my cancellation. I have attempted to reach them by both phone and email repeatedly, by the numbers and email addresses provided online, but none are valid. This company CANNOT be reached.
