1 starI received an opportunity to improve my credit by borrowing equity on my home. I was informed it was through my mortgage company. I applied and ended up applying for a refinance on my home. I paid for an appraisal and after that i can not get anyone to tell me what is going on. No one will return my calls. I asked why a refinance and was told this is how they do it. Now i am out of the appraisal fee and lower credit score. Is this another scam or what!!Review fromWilliam G

After receiving multiple unsolicited marketing mailings I attempted to call the number provided to remove my name, unsuccessfully. The company alludes to being responsible but the mailings and it's methods are disingenuous. Their website should allow for an unsubcribe to all marketing and sales to include direct mailings. I would like to be removed from any and all marketing and sales lists from this company.AdvantageFirst Lending Inc

Advantage first lending is an awesome place to work but the people there are very kind understanding very helpful I never did this thing before and I was walked through the situation explained everything and even when I thought there was no hope they went out of their way to help and we got what we needed I would recommend them to anybody ***** ***** are an exceptional people to work with very friendly and very caring I would do it again with this company most definitely thank you ***** and thank you *****AdvantageFirst Lending Inc

We are receiving mailings from AdvantageFirst offering a loan that would result in a significantly higher monthly payment and interest rate. I called and asked them to remove us from their contact list. I was told theres a separate number to call for that on the letter I received. Sure enough. I called that number, a recording told me this call would be recorded and to press one. Immediate hang up with no opportunity to be removed from their contact list!AdvantageFirst Lending Inc

I worked with ***** *. on a cash out refi on my home and it was the most streamlined process from start to finish. If it's your first time working with a lender, work with *****: he made it so easy. I have worked with other companies in the past and this was by far my best experience. He was very fast to respond to questions and walked me through the process making sure that I understood everything along the way. When you're doing a refi or anything with financials on your home, it can take time to get all of the proper paperwork in place, but ***** was on it and advocated to ensure that I was taken care of.
