    Ordered a purse from DHGate 3/10/25 for $20.53. I waited for a month for my order to arrive which came on 4/8/25. They made me wait till 4/11/25 to open a dispute, I opened a dispute, took a video and took photos showing that the quality and item were not as described, the color was off and the handle was misshaped, it was not leather. It was more of a plastic pleather material, it was supposed to be a version of *** *** and instead min min. I asked for a full refund without sending the bag back and the seller agreed that I can do a full refund if I send thebag back, but did not specify whether or not I would have to pay for the shipping cost which would be almost the entire cost of the since it would be going back to ***** Then they said, I agreed to pay the shipping cost and if I did, Id let them know that that was a mistake. That I the seller to pay the shipping cost and then I can put in a return for the full amount. Then I contacted **************** and the customer service agent promised that they would communicate with the seller and get cooperation in order for them to pay the shipping cost, the seller refused and then all of a sudden a new customer service agent said they couldnt help me anymore. As you see in the screenshot of the customer service agent initially told me that I could trust them and then they will get me a full refund.

    On March 6, I purchased a purse on DHgate on March 10 they took the money off the day of delivery was between the 16th and20 March I went to check to see when my item was gonna be delivered. I tried to tracking, but the tracking was not found, I contact DHgate no response I contact the owner. They told me to go to DHgate, but theres no phone number and email. They donot answer when I went back. My account has been deleted. I cant go back and look and see when its being delivered its not there anymore

    Ordered a product and never received it. It was shipped to my town but with no name and no address. Just the city and state on mailing label. And yet to get them to refund my money.

    I purchased two purses, gloves, and two watches from. This site. The watches were $122. I never recieved them and the seller nor the business is helping me. I only want the watches sent to me.

    I am filing a complaint against DHgate because it lied to my credit company to deny my credit card dispute despite of sufficient evidence from my side. I made a $306.8 order on 11/25/24 with DHgate but only received partial order containing three bags on 12/23/2024. My order is for 5 embroidered bags. The 3 bags the seller sent are not embroidered but with cheap printed *********** further prove it, I attached the ***** package detail with weight and size they provided based on the tracking number. The package total weight is 3 lbs 15.2 oz according to ****, and the three bags without package weighs 3.75 lbs on the scale. It shows clearly that therere no 4th bag in this shipment, and I only received one shipment for the order. It shows on order history that there was only one shipment. The merchant lied to me that theres a second shipment but it never arrived, but my payment was released as I was told to wait.On 12/31/24, I opened a DHGate dispute. The merchant admitted that they never sent the two other bags and offered $160 on 1/4/25 for the two bags never sent, which is the cost of the 2 bags that were never sent, plus $15 for the poor quality of the 3 bags I received. I declined the offer on 1/5/25, as I dont wish to keep the 3 bags with such poor quality and requested a full refund and a shipping label for me to return the 3 bags. Then that negotiation with merchant was closed with no agreement reached.All these history were in DHgates chat history with the seller and dispute log. I provided all strong evidence during my dispute . However, DHgate plainly ignored all evidence and just lied to the credit card company that the order has been fulfilled and I am responsible for the charge. I was denied the dispute due to that and had to pay for the two bags I never received.I sincerely ask for help in the justice in this case. As of now, I am only seeking the $160 the merchant agreed to refund me on 1/4/25 (attachment IMG_3338). Please help!

    I ordered off them and I ordered the 7 day delivery it took over 18 days to get my package I contacted them that I no longer wanted the package and wanted a refund instead since it was a birthday present for my nephew. His birthday already passed so the package was pretty much useless since I ordered the 7 day delivery I accepted to receive it within the promised date so I contacted DHgate and they were of no help now I cant return it and they didnt refund me and the products quality is horrible I spent $70 and the clothes are lying around useless.

    On 12/02/24 I have ordered a bag from solomonshoe store on DHGate. they sent the product which was subpar in quality, stained with glue and made of plastic rather than suede as stated by the seller. We agreed for the seller to refund and for me to return the bag. I did, only to find out that first, the seller refused to pick up the package at the logistics company, and second, after delivery, refused to make the refund, starting to state that I had many complaints on the website etc.Moreover, upon reaching out to DHGate, none of my messages were replied to or any support in finding a resolution with the seller. As it urns out, I believe that they do not have any customer support at all, hence should likely not be allowed to do business in the **, due to the fact that they do not seem to assume any responsibility for the seller promoted.

    Purchased a straw bag on DHGate, but bag received was not what I ordered and was a knock off of a real brand which I did not order. I ordered a straw bag with no lettering on it. The description of bag was not as received. Seller has pictures of a straw bag with no branding on it, ******* will not intervene with seller who is selling bogus goods that are not advertised properly. The dispute process is cumbersome and confusing. Like a bad video game. I would return for refund but seller will not pay for shipping or send a shipping label for their mistake

    The company dhgate works with sellers. The dhgate company is refusing to allow a dispute to be open until 3-21-2025 because their seller falsely marked the order as shipped but did not ship the order. The seller did not ship the order because we agreed on a cancellation. The order is cancelled and was never shipped because they wanted to send 36 pieces and not 50 for the same price which I did not agree to. Again, dhgate will not review this information nor allow a dispute because the seller marked the items as shipped but they were not shipped I have proof from talking to the seller. I tried two disputes with cash app because that is the bank I pur*****d with but they rejected the dispute twice now and I am very upset with them also. ********** would have already refunded my account but I did not use ***** this time I used cash app.
