  SoCal Airflow Pros bailed in ** before this major heatwave coming our way. Will avoid them like one avoids the "friend" that promises to be there and then doesn't know who you are when you call.I scheduled them at 6AM on Friday before a heatwave securing an appointment between 2 and 5PM. I later learned that they actually moved us to 5-7PM (no heads up whatsoever!). I called at 7:15PM as no one showed up between 2 and 5. I hope the owner reads this, as the person (from "dispatch," whoever was on call at that time) I talked to at 7:15PM canceled our tech without warning. I guess either crass incompetence or maybe retaliation, but they don't belong anywhere near a call center. This is right before a heatwave, bordering on criminal behavior.Now they're telling us 07/12 is the earliest they can provide us service.I don't want anyone to go out of business, but I also don't want my family to be harmed by these meteorological conditions.

  Beware of using SoCal AirFlow Pros. They are shady at best. ***** came out & told me that our HVAC could not be repaired & needed to be replaced, including rerouting the refrigerant line because it had a leak (later the owner **** would say this may not have been the case). I financed through them & **************************************************************************************************************** full on day 1 & they never completed the work. They failed to follow appropriate legal steps required to in stall a new system in a townhome with an ***, & then to harassed me when I tried to get them to finish the job.We contacted the owner ****, who refused to take our calls but did eventually email saying that the fault is with the **** We also attempted to contact a representative at ****** Air ************************ who now owns SoCal AirFlow Pros. Never heard from them either.When filed a complaint with the Contractors ******************** **** continues to refuse to complete the job he's been paid for. I have had to incur further expense to avoid fines from the *** by hiring a different company to do the work. When the new guys came to inspect and bid the job It was mentioned that the compressor that had been installed in the backyard of the property was not to code and was installed properly at all. ****** of these Theives!
