    I purchased a vinyl wrap from a company called PLATINUM VINYL from a guy named ************************* he was the owner . He was supposed to wrap my car in April 2022 he said he didnt have the colors I sent him different ones he told me to bring the car in in a month he then went to block my number and deleted me off of the social media .I came to his business and they are closed I went next-door and the guy said that there was 10 other people that has come and said that he he did the same thing to them. I paid a total of $2000

    I need this resolved and I cannot do that without you guys.- Please detail the issue with your purchase my issue with this purchase is ****, the owner of the merchant platinum vinyl has taken **** dollars from me already on 04/25/2022 to wrap my car. I was waiting for a color to come in stock so he can order it and wrap my car. That color is 3m military matte green. I waited four months so i asked him what colors I can choose now. I later found out that this color has been in stock the whole time! Meanwhile, He then pressured me into buying a different wrap color that was in stock but, told me it was more expensive. it was **** dollars more. He tried to open a loan on his phone but couldnt do it and had me call Affirm(a loan company), so I did. After I finished I posted it on Instagram and my followers told me not to wrap my car with ****. they told me he has ruined their cars and friends cars in the past and showed me evidence. After that I decided to do some more research and came across his yelp. I will provide those screen shots to you. He also has changed his business address three times! People have also had **** steal their money and have them wait months to wrap their car, just like me. most of them have sued and got their money back, some of them get it done and some of them get scammed. the ones who have gotten it done, have had horrible results and **** stated that it comes with warranty where he can fix any peeling on the wrap but, he never responds back to his customers and just blocks them. Once I found this out, I decided to reach out to affirm to cancel the loan but they could not help and the owner **** has blocked my number and when we were on the phone he said if i wanted my money back that i would need to **** I find out that he has done this before to many people and now i am out of **** dollars and need to pay a loan for ****. All for a service that wasn't provided.

    The person-****. Advertised vehicle vinyl wraps on instagram. I contacted him and paid $2000 for the said service and product in September. He scheduled me for November 15 in early October. He has now disappeared and hiding from everyone after closing the shop and delete all social media and phone numbers. There are 20+ people that were scammed by him.

    Their phone that is listed is not their number. It is my cell phone number. I am getting phone calls 7 days a week. I am in no way affiliated with this company. Can it please be removed?Thank you

    Platinum v is ran by ************************* and his wife ***. These people had a shop took on orders and all at once shut down taking peoples payments including my **** i saved for part of my wrap. This company is packing up shop and moving to ***** stealing several peoples money im not the only one. Im just one of the few that is prepared to *** this poor excuse of a man in every stateget ready ***** because this clown will be in a city near you

    I originally contacted the business on august 11,2021 regarding an advertisement on Instagram for a car wrap special in the amount of $1800. I received a response back from ************************* I paid a deposit of $900 and then made payments, final payment was sent on November 16 I was then given a date of March 7, 2022. The color I picked was told it was on back order due to covid I kept following up and still kept getting the same story still out of stock it should be coming in soon. I never received any updates on anything. I tried to contact the owner **** and the number is disconnected, I reached out to the business on instagram since I seen that they all of a sudden closed down and scammed others as well, I got a response on Thursday, October 20, 2022 asking how did I pay? I responded with *****, I noticed on Friday, October 21 2022 their Instagram page had been deleted.

    I paid in advance for a car wrap service and never got my wrap nor a refund. The business is now closed and he deleted me off all his contact information. I even have a receipt.

    Platinum Vinyl Wraps, owner: ************************* Date of transaction: 8/22/2022 Amount: $2500.00 The business committed to vinyl wrapping our car. We paid the full amount because they had to special order a color for us. After waiting a few months, we asked for updates to which we stopped getting replies. The company phone numbers are no longer in service now, they are not responding back to refund requests. They are also blocking people on Instagram to prevent people from messaging them. They are taking people's money and scamming them for a service that they haven't performed. There are multiple other people who is experiencing the same thing. The business is avoiding all forms of communications and not responding back.

    This company stole our $2k for a vehicle wrap and now all their numbers are deactivated. We have tried to call multiple times. They have also cleared out their shop and cannot be reached. They also blocked us on social media.
