      PURCHASED 4 BRAND NEW PRIMEWELL VALERA SPORT AS 23540RZ18 95Y TIRES FROM *******.COM ON OCTOBER 29, 2023. INSTALLED AT ******* AT *****************************************************************. PURCHASED ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY FOR ALL 4 TIRES. ON NOVEMBER 14, 2023 GOT A TIRE PRESSURE LOW LIGHT ON DASHBOARD. IMMEDIATELY WENT TO ******* AT **********, **. ARRIVED AT ABOUT 6 PM (CENTER CLOSED AT 7 PM). PARKED CAR AND WENT INSIDE TO REQUEST THEY PUT MY CAR ON LIFT TO INSPECT TIRES AND FILL WITH AIR, REPAIR IF NECESSARY. EMPLOYEE SAID SHE COULD NOT GET ME ON A LIFT, SHE HAD 2 AAPOINTMENTS WAITING STILL. HAD TECH INFLATE MY TIRES. LIGHT WENT OFF. ON MY WAY RETURNING TO THE CENTER FROM MY HOTEL IN *************** I HAD TO BRAKE IN TRAFFUC, LOST TRACTION AND REARENDED VEHICLE IN FRONT OF ME.       My rebuttal: They contacted me but we have not come to a settlement for property damages and personal injury.

      Giti Tire (***), like other tire providers, adheres to a standard protocol for processing property damage claims.  This protocol requires the submission of certain documents and evidence by the claimant,enabling the tire company to conduct a thorough assessment of the claim. However, in the case of ****************, instead of furnishing complete set of required documents and evidence, **************** has only provided a partial submission.

      Up to this point, **************** has failed to supply any photographs illustrating the alleged tire defect responsible for the accident.  Additionally, she has not submitted any medical bills substantiating the personal injury she claims to have suffered nor has she submitted any repair estimates for the alleged damages to her car.  The absence of these crucial pieces of evidence hinders our ability to accurately evaluate the validity of her claims and any possible settlement.

      In order to move forward, it is imperative that **************** provide the necessary documentation to support her claims.

       I am rejecting this response because: I have provided most of what they've asked for. I do not have all of the documentation they've asked for and am in the process of obtaining it.

      Purchased 4 tires, 2 at the end of October and 2 at the beginning of November. I recently hit a pot hole and blew one of the tires. Tires say they are covered under a road hazard warranty which includes pot holes. **************** Tires are GT Radial Champiro Touring A/S. I am within the 12,000 mile / 1 year limitation. I tried emailing support, auto reply says someone will reach out shortly. No reply in 6 days. I tried calling in. Warranty department never answers the phone. Technical department never answers the phone. The operator just takes my number and says someone will reach out. No one has reached out. There is no way, that I can find, online to start the warranty process. I am just SOL until someone reaches out to me. Because there is a mile limitation, I cannot even drive my car on the spare until this gets sorted for fear of not being able to get a replacement. I do not understand why a business offers something but refuses to honor it. Attached is the receipt from tire installation.

      Hello, I purchased 4 Maxtour LX 215/55R17 tires when my car had 113,505 miles on it in September of 2021. I had an inspection in July 2022 at 125,775 miles, and the front tires were completely bald. I received a $25 courtesy credit for the front two and had them replaced. I now have 138,000 miles on my car, and my tires are completely bald again. My rear tires have remained in fine condition. The center of the tires is wearing out, and the edges are rather fine. The mechanic insists that they are not overinflated; however, he says the highway driving that I do is causing the center ware. I will be on my 3rd set of tires in 24,000 miles. This is outrageous, and I'm not getting any credit for them per the tire shop. Can you PLEASE help me? I cannot keep buying new tires at this rate. It's completely unsustainable. I spent $515.96 On the 1st set, two of which wore out at 12k miles. I spent $259.98 On the two replacement tires at 12k miles I**** H*** 5*********** i****[email protected] 1*** E*** L******* RD.       Dear Ms. Carmona,

      This email is to provide you an update for complaint #19527654 filed by Mr. I**** H***.

      G*** has decided to approve Mr. H***** claim as a one-time customer satisfaction exception for a reimbursement check for $515.96. As stressed by our Engineering team and in our warranty policy, the tires shall be rotated every 5,000 to 6,000 and maintained at the recommended air pressure to ensure maximum life of the tire. This will conclude the claim, please advise when the case can be officially closed by BBB.

      Purchased 245/70/16 x 4 tires from walmart April 2 2022 and had tires installed April 4th at Walmart stockbridge ******* Hudson bridge ###-###-####. Paid $406 for new tires and $68 install. I drove the vehicle yesterday to an appointment in Atlanta and the blacktop was a little damp from rain hours earlier but not soaking wet. My car felt like I had no control in the front when going around a turn and the back tires slipping and spinning. My nokian tires never did this evening with 40,000 miles on the tires and tread almost gone. I'm am now scared to drive my car.

      I purchased a set of 4 Dextero DTR1 Touring 195/65/15 tires at Walmart.com on November 26, 2021, they were delivered to my hometown Walmart store and mounted onto my rims, balanced, and installed on my car by Walmart auto center on December 6, 2021. I drove the car maybe 600 miles since I purchased them. On February 21, 2022, I was driving down the highway at about 65 mph when I felt the car start shaking and started slowing down, when I got to about 45mph I heard a boom and then sounded like my tire was coming apart. I get out to look and the back driver side tire had busted on the sidewall. I took it to Walmart and bc I hadn't purchased a warranty with them they said that I should contact the manufacturer of the tire and file a claim with them bc the tire is still under manufacturer warranty and they would replace it. I have gone to the website and tried to contact the company but haven't had any luck.
