      On December 10, I made a purchase for a Christmas gift. The website said they take ***** days to ship, longer if a holiday. I don't think you can dispute an item if it clearly states that the shipping would take a long. The website provided a broken link to contact them. After the allowed time, the website was new with a new way to contact them. I asked for an order update. I never received a ***ly. I tried to make a claim with Arrowhead Credit Union, but they stated that they would not dispute past 59 days. I don't understand how I would not get my money back in full when this is the account used to purchase. It takes that long to wait for the shipment, so how could I dispute it? I don't think it should matter the timeframe as I never received the item. The company stated 30 days to ship, longer if during a holiday. I tried to dispute with the company, and there was no ***ly. I tried to dispute with Klarna, and that is going nowhere. I have been with the bank for over 25 years! This is not good customer service. I told the *** I would close my account and it did not matter. $106.50 is not a big deal for a this bank to deny me a full refund. I will not use this bank any longer to make purchases.

      I am writing to urgently address inaccuracies on my credit report caused by the unauthorized release of my personal information to credit bureaus, which has led to considerable financial and emotional distress.Under 15 USC 1681 Section 602, I am entitled to financial privacy, and I expect my information to be treated with the utmost confidentiality.Additionally, 15 USC 1681 Section 604(a)(2) clearly states that a consumer reporting agency cannot disclose account details without my explicit consent, which I have not provided.The discrepancies linked to RROWHD CU have adversely affected my financial standing, requiring immediate correction.Furthermore, 15 USC 1666(b) prohibits creditors from marking credit card payments as late under specific conditions.For your reference, here are my account details: Account Number: ************I request a comprehensive review of my account and a prompt correction of these errors in compliance with federal laws.Failure to resolve these issues promptly may result in legal action.       I made a payment April 6 2024 of. $913.00 which was a Saturday and is considered a business day because they open until 2pm on Saturdays and my payment was processed on the 9th of April which is Tuesday they removed the pay by card feature which is my primary way to pay which is convenient for me for situations like this . I check my credit its now reporting a late payment so I call I hate I forgot the lady name but we opened a dispute about it to report the error ***** days pass by no update and still see the negative payment on my report so I call to get a understanding and was told that even though I processed the payment before the due date because they cleared the payment that was already in the account not a 3rd party transfer thats its nothing they can do. Everyone there has a nasty attitude there my credit has been ran multiple time unauthorized and still on my credit report and still havent got any word back on why its like they trying to invade my privacy I never do these type things but Im not letting anyone let alone a bank that Im paying monthly to take advantage of me

      We attempted to contact you several times to make a credit card payment prior to the due date going beyond the 60 day delinquency reporting timeframe.

      On June 1, 2023 you spoke with our Collections Team and stated you would go to a branch to make the payment. No payment was received until August 22, 2023.

      Our research confirmed the credit reporting information is being reported accurately.

      Please confirm which is the correct mailing address. The address on your letter is not the same address as your ID. We will mail your credit card statements for all charges and payments posted upon confirming the correct mailing address.

      I was Marked (30) Days Late on 3/24< I was not late due to the Credit Union not linking are allowing me to transfer via External Account.I work Abroad, being out the Country for Most of the year.I even mailed a check from the Country I was in and Arrowhead never posted it to my Account.

      We attempted to contact you several times to make a loan payment prior to the due date going beyond the 30 day delinquency reporting timeframe. On March 5, 2024 you advised you would make a payment by March 11, 2024. No payment was received until April 1, 2024.

      Our records do not show any reported downtime for our online payment portal.

      I had applied for an Arrowhead Credit Union bank account for the first time in 2022 but never received any update. When I went into the Arrowhead Credit Union bank location at *************************************************************, the teller, a 40 year old but youthfully dressed, thin black/Indian(from *****?) woman advised me I did not have a bank account. But I had run a credit/ financial check and found that according to the **** search for unclaimed property, I did have a financial account associated with Arrowhead Credit Union. The **** page showing the active bank account has not changed. To my knowledge, I only have a ***** ********** account. I have no other financial accounts to my knowledge, and none that I have access to or have had access to.

      COMPLAINT Arrowhead Credit Union is not doing right! I swiped my card several time this last 4 days and not one phone call to ask me if I made the transactions. They would have know that the $540 Fraudulent Transaction happened. They will call me about a $5 transaction but say nothing about someone trying to scam me out of $540!! This is the 3rd time in 2023 that I had fraud on my account! I have other banks and nothing every occurred with them. The bank that I banked with for 22 years is the one with the constant fraud. I call your **************** and they tell me that there is nothing that they can do for me. The 3 days that this fraudulent transaction was due to clear, at what point does anyone call me to find out if I approved this or not? Why would I be paying anything from my savings account?       I had a account with arrowhead credit union a transaction went through my.Zelle account and the person that money went through my Zelle account wanted there money back when it was me who charged them for transactions and I told **** the person from arrowhead that called me about it i told him I didn’t know that person and give them the money back it wasn’t mine and I told him I let my friend use my Zelle account for his business which I don’t know much about and he called me a liar and told me he was closeing my account and he was questioning me why I opened up an account with arrowhead didn’t think that part was any of his business and aren’t you guys supposed to be keeping your coustmers not losing them

      I have been an Arrowhead member since 2011. In 2017 I was scammed out of a couple thousand dollars after just getting out of the hospital I'm on a fixed income. Arrowhead helped me keep my checking account and kindly made arrangements where I could pay a very small amount back monthly to a charged off savings account they created for the balance of the scam that occurred. I paid until 2019 and received a letter from MRN that the DOJ filed a suit and that the money was going to be paid back I called Arrowhead and told them I didn't know how long that process would take but I read the letter to them and they agreed it was legitimate and we would wait for MRN. I did tell them I didn't know how long it would take. Then Covid hit and I didn't hear back from MRN until late 2022 which looked like the money wasn't going to come so I thought I better start paying again but a check arrived. Not the full amount but a large amount and I called Arrowhead overjoyed immediately. I was so happy and asked how to deposit since it's a special savings. I called again today as I'm home bound asking where I could send the check to deposit and I was asked would I like to make payments? I was confused. I said I'm trying to make a deposit. There was confusion about a mobile ap and I said I don't want to use a mobile ap that's how the scam happened and the lady kept going back and forth talking to the back office and finally said if you don't make payments they are going to close your checking account! I said they told me NOT to make payments we were waiting on MRN. Finally I found out they closed my checking account while I was trying to make a deposit. I was so confused and was transferred to different people. They took my remaining social security money closing my checking account. They left me without money but were kind when I told them you left me with out any money. I kept in touch with them and I have the check. I shouldn't lose my membership over this.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is not yet completely resolved meaning  . The matter itself is not completely resolved yet   as VP of Collections  and I are just beginning to be able to speak and may require the VP that I was originally told by Arrowhead Credit Union would be calling me but did not.  However,  VP of Collections responded immediately in contacting me and is working with me to help come to a resolution and did in fact keep my membership open..  I am grateful and am satisfied. And very happy that Arrowhead Credit Union VP manager responded so kindly and so quickly.  Thank you so much to both BBB and the VP of Arrowhead Credit Union Collections Department!  .
