I order bras from Feelingirl, LLC. My checking account (through ******) was charged $95.96 on 12/30/2024. I didn't receive the items until 2/17/2025. Unfortunately, the bras did not fit. I emailed the company on 3/6/2025 stating that I would like to return the items. On 3/9/2025, the company emailed asked for more information about the items that were being returned. I responded on 3/9/2025 with a screenshot of the order information. I also informed the company that the bras were too small. On 3/11/2025, the company responded stating "It may feel a little tight at first, which is normal. After several times of wearing, the clothes will gradually adapt to your body shape and comfort will be improved." I responded on 3/11/2025 that I would still like to return the items. On 3/11/2025, the company gave these 2 options "1. A 50% discount on the purchase of a new product as an alternative to the exchange. This way, you can keep the current item and consider gifting it to your friends and families. 2. A 20% refund on the items, and keep your order, and we will gift you a 15% off coupon for your next purchase, and the refund will be returned to your original payment method in 3-7 business days. This way, you can gift your friends this time and buy for yourself next." On 3/12/2025, I informed the company that I would prefer a full refund and to return their items. I informed ****** of the situation on 3/12/2025. Feelingirl responded through ******'s service on 3/13/2025. Feelingirl stated they were willing to accept the return. I sent the items via **** on 3/18/2025 with an expected delivery date of 3/21/2025 (tracking number 9505 5152 2086 5077 8502 00). On 3/31/2025, I escalated the case to a claim through ******, since I didn't receive a refund. The claim was denied. To this day (4/5/2025), I have not received a refund.Business Response

Order placed 1/8 4 items. Received email on 1/14/25 that wildfires are slowing fulfillment. Never heard another thing. I emailed them. Responded 1/31/25 with a tracking number that gave no information. I emailed 21/25 and asked for refund. They responded 2/4/25 that my order tracking was updated and gave me same tracking that had no further information. I emailed back on 2/5/25 with another request for refund. This company claims to be based in ********** but I woukd venture a guess and say this is an overseas company because its clear from their communication that English is not their first language. I placed an order on January 5th. I ordered four bras. I received two of the bras and they were not as advertised. I wanted to start a return so I emailed them. They sent me the return information. However, it was going on two weeks and I hadnt gotten the other two bras yet. I emailed and asked them if they could not send them, I return the two the I have and get my money back. After several emails of bot answering my question until I threatened to report them they finally said they stopped shipment on the other two bras and I could return the two I have. I did but I only received a partial refund. I paid $64.17 and was only refunded $32.78. When I reached back out asking for the rest of my refund they said my application had been submitted. They then emailed back saying the other two bras had been shipped. This is after they told me they stopped shipment on those two bras and after I told them I did not them. I just want the rest of my money back without having to pay to ship back two bras that I was told was not going to ship. I also have all the emails from them where they ignored my questions and did not give me any answers until I threatened to report them.Initial Complaint

I file so many different things trying to get my stuff resolved with them contacted over and over multiple times with very little response then they agreed and stating multiple times after finally talking. I placed an order through an Instagram add for this company in the amount of $75.20 on 1/3/25. The website promises a packaging time of 1-2 business days for instock items. When I purchased the items there was no warning about anything being low or out of stock. The automated email responses I received trying to resolve this issue stated that it only takes 7-10 business days to re-stock and ship. The items I purchased that are out of stock are still available on the website to purchase. It has been 20 business days since I placed the order. Ultimately I asked for a refund as it seems like this order will not make it to me. The email response says they applied to cancel the order, IF the cancellation is successful. The phone number provided to contact goes to a full answering machine that doesnt state the company name or anything. **************** Ive seen other customers complaining on socials that this company doesnt ever ship items or if they do they are NOT the same as advertised. I need the order cancelled and a full refund asap.
