      I bought the same AKDY range hood twice from Lowes hoping that the second one would not be defective. Both times it was defective. AKDY 30-in 343-CFM Convertible Black Stainless Steel Wall-Mounted Range Hood Range hood had black smudges all over it If touched with fingers or water, more smudges occurred Manufacturer did not perform a quality control inspection before it left the factory Manufacturer stalled and stalled resolution to problem asking for more and more information that was already on hand Manufacturer did not acknowledge quality control issue Manufacturer quality control did not respond to the issue when it was escalated Manufacturer let two range hoods leave the factory, either knowing these hoods had problems or not performing the required quality control inspection which would have stopped them from going out Extremely difficult to communicate with and responses were vague and promises were not followed through on

      I need a new replacement part for my shower panel (model sp0059) . Their website indicates this is the part I needed, so I ordered a replacement part from their website. Once I received it, it clearly does not work with the sp0059 shower panel. I contacted their support via email, and their response was "all sales final" -- pictures attached.

      We had a new house built in 2023 and ordered an AKDY faucet for the kitchen. We paid for the faucet on Feb, 1, 2023 but it wasn't delivered and installed until March 6, 2023. We moved in April 1, 2023. In December of 2023 the plastic button that switches the water from a stream to a spray broke. I contacted the AKDY on March 5, 2024 to file a warranty claim. They came back and said they only warranty for 1 year from purchase and tried selling me another nozzle head for $35. They claim to have a limited lifetime warranty but when you actually read the warranty it states it really only covers for 1 year. They need to change that to 1 year warranty. Which I filed the claim 1 day before my warranty was to end as I didn't have it for a whole year yet. I would like for them to either replace the faucet or issue a full refund.

      I purchased the shower unit from ****** on 4/13/23 for $287.89. It was delivered about a week after and it was installed on 5/24/23 by a professional licensed plumber. As soon as it was installed, there was an issue with the water pressure and the unit was making a loud noise. The situation persisted and I contacted the company (AKDY) to notify them of the issue within a week of it being installed. After further research, I realized that this has been an ongoing issue as many people have complained on the ****** website. I requested the company send another unit or I would return and get a refund as the unit is defective. I have various emailed back & forth from the company where they are requesting, I keep fixing different things on the unit to fix the problem. This is a NEW item, and they want me to fix the problem. I hired the plumber again to "fix" what the company stated needed to be fixed. The issues continued. The plumber provided a note, pictures and video letting the company know that the unit is defective. The responds from them was another suggestion on how to fix the problem. Which would force me to again pay a plumber. They are continuing to sell this shower tower knowing full well that it has problems. They are also refusing to allow me to return the item, even though I requested to return within 45 days of receiving the delivery. This company is deliberately selling damage product and misleading customers. I have proof of purchase, plumber services and email exchange with the company. Please assist.

      Had a kitchen faucet model number KF2004 fail after not even 3 months of use. Started leaking at the hot side water line inside the faucet shell. I just remodeled my kitchen with new cabinets. I had water go into my basement as well. I called after no one responded to my email and got a lady that could hardly speak English and had no knowledge of the product. She asked me to record a video of it leaking. I told her it was leaking so bad I had to shut off the water it was soaking my new cabinets. She seemed to not understand that. She kept asking for a video but I had already removed the faucet as it was a Sunday and went to ***** and bought a *****. An actual brand where they care about customer service. I then sent Hannah a picture and marked the water line as she insisted she needed at least a picture. She then said she would send me a new water line. I said how do you know that will fix it. She said because you marked it. I then asked for help with the repair and they give you no help. Hannah said to call a plumber and pay them to fix. Yah that makes sense to pay on a $150 faucet. I asked they send me a new faucet and I would send back the defective one like a normal business would especially the product being so new. Do not EVER by anything from **** and if you do be prepared not to have a warranty! This company needs to be sued. I am looking at my options.

      sept 9 2022, today date 23 may 2023 i live in Canada bought a ranghood AKDY ,through Amazon and payed 710.05, my first message to them was last year and no awser them im been i contacting the company to change it because not working its been weeks im on the phone calling to tell them they are responsable for there product, now they tell me they can do nothing and if i want they will send another motor but i have to pay. im very stress about all this situations

Our warranty service can only cover original orders from us, so we cannot provide warranty service on unverified orders. However, we can still offer part replacement through part orders.

      I purchased this sink/faucet combination March 1,2022 and because I was remodeling my house, did not install it until the end of May 2022. After being in use for 10 months, the sprayer failed on the faucet. I contacted the manufacturer, AKDY and that was probably the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. There is a one-year warranty on the faucet that begins the day you place the order! Not the day you pick it up so if it’s on backorder, your warranty is only good from the day, you placed the order. The only option they gave me was to purchase another faucet. They were rigid, unyielding, insensitive, arrogant and they basically don’t care about their customers or want to work with them for goodwill. I would never buy another product from them.

      We purchased a akdy All-in-one drop in kitchen sink. Model# KS***9 on 03/14/22 Today I contacted their warranty service department to get a replacement part. After only a few months of use, the spray head has begun leaking when turn on to stream mode. After sending Vick (the warranty rep) everything he asked for...a picture of the installed sink, picture of my purchased receipt, and a short video of the issue we had several phone calls back and forth because Vick had no idea what he was doing. He told me without a purchase order he could not provide warranty services but we could pay for a replacement part. This company is a rip off!! I bought the item at Menards but it was not in stock so they had to order it and ship it to our home. Now because we have NO purchase order info this warranty is worthless!! I have proof of purchase, a picture of the sink installed in my kitchen and the model#. If you ask me...refusing me replacement parts is just a way for this company to rip off customers. I'm pretty sure I could buy this part for about $15 but I will not be getting it from akda. Next time I'll buy a Delta faucet..their warranty service is excellent and you don't have to stand on your head or jump through hoops to get help.

      purchased a tubfiller. turned out to be defect.had damage to my home.company refuses to replace the item. i can have a bath since weeks.i can not accept a refund as tubfiller is attached to the travertine floor. i had a plumber here whom i had to pay and who is more then willing to testify. company is extremly difficult to deal with.i have consulted with the attorney general of mn and an attorney and i am ready to proceed. home depot through whom i bought the item has been informed (MR flanigram) if there is no solution found rapidly

      This company and it's Customer department is deplorable. They lie, cheat and steal from their customers. They do not have any integrity and I have no faith in their products, we purchased a 65 inch shower panel and customize our shower to the panel immediately it had a deal problem with the gauges. We have been without a shower for over a year. The unethical delay tactics and lies from this company is criminal they state that they are based in the U.S.A but the customer service department is overseas and they have a condescending and disrespectful tone towards true and trustworthy customer service. Buyers beware. Once again I have going back and forth with the company for over one year. The only solution that I will accept is to replace the unit. I would go to a more reputable company immediately but once again I have customize our shower and we will have to remove and replace our tile to accommodate a different vendor. Customers Beware
