I own two wine refrigerators purchased online from AKDY. They were given as gifts to me. Both refrigerators stopped working I went onto there web sight and saw they offered replacement parts to make repairs. I ordered the parts. They arrived and turned out to be out dated, connectors and displays had been change on the models. They also were not the correct parts for the models. Upon trying to return the parts I found they do not except returns parts. I was not made aware this at time of purchase.Business response

I purchased a AKDY kitchen sink/faucet combo from Lowes.com in March 2022. I received the shipping confirmation and estimated delivery date. The package was never updated on FedEx outside of "Shipping Label Created". When contacted, Lowes said AKDY did not schedule pickup as they should. Instead of the hassle, I cancelled and reordered. The 2nd order arrived on time. I hired a plumbing company to install it. Once installed, the plumber discovered that hot water was not dispensing from the faucet. He checked the water line (which was fine) and tried his best to clean the faucet in case there was loose particles blocking it. Still nothing. The plumber contacted AKDY and explained the problem. The faucet was not functional and we needed a replacement. AKDY did not call the plumber back as promised. I called them 2 days later to see what the holdup was. When reached, they stated they would not be replacing the faucet, but sending me a part that they "believed" to be causing the problem instead. The part was received and I paid ANOTHER plumber bill to have him come back and switch the part out. Still no hot water. Called AKDY AGAIN while the plumber was here. Instead of promising me a new faucet (as they should), they said they'd have to submit this to the processing team who would then "contact me with a decision" in 2 business days. They refused to answer yes or no when I asked if I'd be getting a replacement. Now I am going into my 3rd week of no hot water in my kitchen after paying over $1k between the cost of the actual sink/faucet and plumbing bills and still no answers. Lowes is also unable to help me as AKDY is a 3rd party vendor. This has been a total nightmare. Replacing the faucet is the right thing to do. I even told them I wouldn't mind paying shipping to return the disfunctional faucet they sold me.Business response

We purchased an AKDY range hood in 2018. Shortly afterwards, both of the lights in the unit stopped functioning. I found the replacement lights online at akdy.com, but they were listed as out of stock. I began communicating with the company via email asking when they would be back in stock. I was told check back in two to three weeks. After doing this, lights were still out of stock. So I emailed again, their reply is below. This is a follow-up to your previous request #19***1 "Range Hood Replacement Lights" RE Request (19***1) So, any idea when these might be back in stock? It has been 3 months and still out of stock. Regards, Ronnie - Customer Support I then requested to preorder so that the next time they were available they could send them to me. They told me no and that I would just need to keep checking back. I believe they have supply chain issue and were untruthful about them being back in stock. If they were in stock and have only limited quantities, then a preorder is not an unreasonable request. I have contacted this company (case 208281) and provided all documentation requested. I have sent them receipts, photos AND VIDEOS of the problems. They are still requesting MORE VIDEOS in order to help me with the problem. I paid over $500 for a new sink and it has already malfunctioned in numerous ways. My original receipt is attached.Business response
