    I made a mistake believing online representation of motel room in Red Bluff and prepaid 3 day room reservation. Upon check in I notified front desk there was health issue with room told I could get another room IF I also paid for it or contact Manager in the morning. Manager REFUSED to provide refund for not staying for 3 days said I prepaid and he would NOT refund money and he didnt see anything wrong with the room! MOLD, holes in wall with bugs coming in from inside walls, bare splintered wood, shower door about to fall off, cracks in wall, no breakfast as advertised, etc. Difficulty to breath in the room - I was only asking for the night I didnt stay for refund. Had to make police report as Manager REFUSED to provide documentation that I turned key in early and left
