    No idea who this company is and how they got my number. Seems to have aquired my number illegally and signed me up for their call list.

    They hire insanely reckless delivery drivers. I am genuinely putting in a complaint to the *** because of how aggressively their drivers drive. Well over 25 mph over the speed limit. They are going to kill someone and nobody is doing anything about it

    DO NOT BUY FROM CARMONAS. I purchased all of my appliances for my new home from Carmonas. ***** the sales person was happy to take my money and was very accommodating in the beginning. He has dropped the ball multiple times to help me with the service on my new appliances. The stove had a faulty k*** After multiple calls trying to arrange the repair my husband ended up fixing k*** Carmonas told me they had the part on order however they never followed up with me or communicated when they would be able to repair the new stove. There appears to be a company culture of telling the customer one thing and then not following up with action. The washing machine stopped working after one month. I was told it would take three weeks to troubleshoot and possibly more time to order parts and repair. I ended up buying a second washing machine from another appliance store and now I have to take Carmonas washing machine back to Carmonas in order to get a refund. If you live outside the Redding area I recommend buying from a store closer to you, otherwise you will not receive the service you need and deserve. ****** from the service department belongs in the how can I not help you column. The only people willing to help and should be employees of the year are ***** and ****. The owner *** should be following up with everyone that touched this sale. Including the people who paid over $11,000 for their appliances.
