    I am the owner of this business and the BBB took our accreditation based on the lies ,half truths and outright slander of employees ex domestic partners ,competitors minions,and due to there asking me to provide documents (of which don't exist) that of which would prove that the fictitious accusations and slanderous comments of individuals with ulterior motives had made.all the whole giving 0 consideration to abundant 5 star reviews and or testimonials as to the generosity ,honesty and skill level of our technicians.with that being said despite the fact that they unfairly have falsely and unfairly discredited my company in the public eye , I do still respect the hard job the BBB folks have of processing, monitoring,and accrediting our local businesses so that we can be knowledgeable when we choose who to do business with and we at first choice mobile mechanics and roadside service LLC forge on doing our very best to provide people with affordable ,knowledgeable and compassionate automotive services whenever and wherever they are needed 24/7 .in closing I'd like to thank the BBB and the community for everything they've done to help ** do what we do ,God bless your family's and practice patience and understanding cause life is short and we are always stronger together Sincerely, ***************** ,First choice mobile mechanics and roadside service LLC

    I am from out of town and experienced a major issue with my cars transmission. My insurance company recommended First Choice Mobile Mechanic. The next day, an employee from First Choice looked at my car. Based on the sounds my vehicle made, he thought only the drive gear of the transmission needed to be replaced. He estimated he would have the parts and be available at 10:00am the next day to start the repair. After he did not show at the estimated time, I called and spoke with him on the phone. He said he was behind schedule, but still thought he could repair it in time for me to make the long drive home. By mid-afternoon, there was still no sign of him. I called again and he answered his phone. He said he completed the first project of the day and would be coming to my car shortly. He never arrived. I called again that evening and multiple times the following morning - I never heard back from him. I was unable to leave a voicemail because the mailbox was full.When the First Choice employee looked at my car, he explained to me why we could trust him. He talked about their high Better Business Bureau rating and how they dont mark up parts. In the end, all I was left with was a lack of communication, unfulfilled promises, and a car that had not been repaired. I was hundreds of miles from home and overdue for work. In addition, my partner was out of her medication. We were in a very vulnerable position and needed to get home. I am very disappointed with First Choice Mobile Mechanics unprofessional service.

    Well when stating facts about this business having mechanics that are not ASC certified and it is a fact they personally are not any of them ASC certified with the exception of the owner of the company and they all work underneath his license and ASC certification but the manic themselves to go out on the road do not have any ASC certifications and I know that for a fact because one of the mechanics is an x and I know for a fact the only ASC training he had was in high school. With that said the owner came back and attacked my mental health as though he had the rights to bring up any kind of mental health issues which I don't have any and I came back at him with excuse me but if you hadn't had employed a *** offender who is *** trafficking through your company and you all are on drugs because my ex told me for a fact the boss and him were always smoking meth so I don't appreciate my mental health or my question about being a mental health being thrown out there when I'm stating facts and he's stating bull
