    *** and his installer were friendly and the cost was very affordable but the end product doesnt work. Unfortunately, the gutters leak against the facia, and if left in this condition will do more damage than not having gutters. Jays explanation was the metal roof flashing doesnt permit water to enter the rain gutters and should be replaced with a different type. I was surprised to hear this and thought a contractor claiming to have the experience that *** says he has, would have been able to discern this before installation and would have advised his customer accordingly. Neither *** nor his installer did, but they were quick to say that was the cause of leaks. At the end of the day, Im disappointed in the final product and will have to make further modifications to make the product work as advertised.

    After reviewing photos posted online (which were not given to us originally), this was clearly an oversight at our end. When our lead installer came out to inspect after install, he did not see the issue represented in your pictures. I would personally be would be more than happy to come out and fix this issue for you, We stand behind the quality of our work and want to make things right.
