We purchased a beach ********** from Hotshots 1 year after we paid, lost of excuses what was delivered was not what was sent. 1. We additionally spent *** on a used electric chair which was recommended by the company because they've modified that model before. 2. When the kit did arrive and was mounted on the chair, they chair would not move forward. It was too big and out of balance. 3. The chair would not fit in a mobility van, even if it did work. Multiple emails and a video of the chair not moving show the owner's unwillingness to admit his " new staff" had made a mistake. Our last communication with **** was that he offered to havd us pay to ship the frame back, charge us a restocking fee, and see if he could sell it to someone down the line that may purchase one. We had our ********** mechanic look at the chair. It does not and cannot work. We want our money back and want people to know these kits are not what they are advertised to be. Hotshot used every excuse, including a hospital stay ( my daughter had 7 in that time frame and 2 life flights) Our communication with this company was sketchy, even when we sent money which he didn't want in a traditional format. ****** friends and family. He supposedly had new staff, wWe paid up front for a product that now takes up my shed. It is unfortunate when a business struggles with new staff, but he shouldn't have taken all the money.
