Another scam website similar to a company that goes by Ye$p and unfortunately, they had defame your company end in name of customers service the ones that are defrauding legal small businesses.So after some digging we found out that they somehow got a fraudulent ***** from the *************************** what a bunch of garbage. This is where we're going to start to complain and we're going to get to the bottom of this fraudulent ***** that they got.Secondly if you don't pay for their so-called services then your website and legitimate reviews Gets stifled. A scam is a scam is a scam no matter which way you try to spin it sitejabber is a scam website.Do not pay these a******* a dime.keep stifling our reviews we're coming after your bull-shits a** company for all the fraud that it has done.The employees for this company please be aware and be warned you're working for a fraudulent company who defrauds small business.What a loser sitejabber. not at ease dick-heads managements had any legitimate jobs in their entire life.Business response

We advise you to use one of our free review collection tools to track reviews accurately and ensure they are published. We offer a free plan in which you can take advantage of our tools at no cost. Also, we don't prevent reviewers from leaving honest feedback, whether its positive or negative. You're an absolute fraud company when you manipulate reviews when you stifle positive reviews for legitimate companies.
I've been around over 15 years I've watched you scums bags go and come. you're no different than the mobsters back in the day except they had bigger ***** than you and they were much more respected than you. You're just a degenerate.
you may act like a review site but your actions show that you extort from small businesses similar to Yelp. modern day extortion campaign.
many of my customers post reviews on our on your platform for our company yet they failed to appear and failed to reflect. you cannot justify over 10 reviews that you're stifling. not just for my company but for many other businesses.
you're an absolute loser. shyster and a con artist.
The solution is to be fair to every business not just the ones that pay. don't be stupid we know what your game is.

All businesses have the ability to register (for free) and manage, report, flag, and dispute reviews (for free). If there are specific reviews youre not seeing or need help with please send us the links to those specific reviews and were more than glad to get them sorted out for you.
As we previously mentioned, we dont prevent anyone from posting positive or negative reviews. All reviews are generally posted within 48 hrs however, some may be flagged for further review which can take up to 30 days.
P.S were not in any way affiliated with Buy Sitejabber ********* ************** (usarealservices.com). At Sitejabber, were firmly opposed to any sort of purchased or otherwise fraudulent reviews. This website is involved in Fake review posting and selling them as a subscription when we asked them to remove it they do not return calls on top of that they asked us to sign up and subscribe to their service and they can help if we were a subscriber.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: All the reviews on the sites are not not customers who bought from Vista Shops. We do not know your policy that is your business and those policy is set by you. If the customer says they bought the product from Vista Shops and they had the issues that they are complaining then please provide proof of each and every review that the customer indeed buy from Vista Shops and have a receipt from Vista Shops or proof of payment to Vista Shops. If you are not able to provide such proof then it is a fake review and should be immediately removed or face legal action plus BBB should take action as we do not know how many thousands of reviews on the websites are fake and are sold by this websites as a subscription disguised as a listing enhancement service.

Sitejabber.com has accepted an unverified review from a person that had never used our services, has never paid ** and the only interaction was asking for a quote on an item he claimed to be former owner of. Just because he did not like the price, he created a groundless complaint with 1 star on Sitejabber. He created the same complaint on BBB and BBB investigated and found it groundless.On Sitejabber, I went on and used their link demanding proof of transaction. No proof of transaction has been submitted (and couldn't been since no transaction occured besides email exchange of asking and getting a quote and his displeasure with the price), yet Sitejabber still has this 1 star review on their site thus damaging and hurting our business. We have contacted Sitejabber about this, but apparently unless a paid account is purchased they will do nothing about it. Hurting other businesses is, it seems, good for their business.Business response

It sounds like you used the Verification Request tool which is available to all businesses. Reviewers are given 10 business days to respond to the verification and if they do not respond within that timeframe, the review will automatically be removed. Two fake reviews have been posted for SteadyOptions within 2 days. I asked to remove the reviews as the reviewers were never our customers. It looks like the company is posting fake reviews and then is requesting the business owners to sign up for an upgraded plan in order to remove those reviews. Be aware.Business response
