I posted a review with pictures of a scam company called ******* in 2021. I just read it again and sitejabber added that ******* tried to resolve the issue with me and got no response. That is not true. I have the emails to show that I rejected their offer to pay more to return the item than what it cost for a 30% refund. That is not an offer! I told them I would rather continue to give them bad reviews.Sitejabber

Hey ******,Were sorry to hear you had a bad experience with *******. Wed like to clarify what likely happened here. Businesses have the option to resolve issues brought up in reviews and then send out a request for a revised review via Sitejabber. Of course, reviewers are under no obligation to revise their review if they do not feel the resolution was properly handled. However, since Sitejabbers revision request email wasnt replied to, the system assumes that there was no reply at all and automatically adds the no response message. I received an unsolicited text asking me to review a purchase I never made from a company I've never heard of.******** and Scamming are illegal as far as I know. Car Parts said order would be here on the 16th August I ordered it on the 14th. I wanted part sooner but I went ahead and took a later hit. Now today I'm told it won't get here until the 21st of August. I'm furious I have my mechanic scheduled for the 17th I need my car repaired. Will never ever use these people again.Sitejabber

Recently, I got shadow-banned from Sitejabber for no apparent reason. What this means is that while all my reviews (both positive and negative) are visible when I'm logged in, they immediately disappear when I log out. In other words, NO ONE can see these reviews but me. This "shadow ban" just happened very recently. I sent an e-mail to their Customer Support inquiring about this, but received absolutely no response. I've read similar stories by others who've said that they too got shadow-banned by Sitejabber and then ignored by their Customer Support. So, please stay away from this crooked company!!Sitejabber

If youre able to see your reviews when logged in, the reviews did not get deleted but were simply filtered. The review filter uses an algorithm that attempts to display only the most relevant content by screening certain reviews. Your initial email may have been sent to the wrong email address or could have been accidentally filtered out. Sitejabber is an excellent website to write and read reviews about various websites and determine their quality. The ** is nice looking and easy to understand, I never had trouble searching for a specific website I wanted to review or research the validity on. Sitejabber is an interesting webby where you can give your two cents about other websites and how good or rubbish they are. It's a nice way to pass a few minutes when you have ADHD and are bored.Sitejabber
