    I was charged for an annual membership to ****! Books on 04/03/2025 after a free trial ended; $90.73 was taken from my bank account from the company. I went onto the site to cancel the subscription for a refund and was offered a promotional offer to remain subscribed. The offer stated that if I remained a subscriber, the business would charge me $64.00 for the remainder of the year and provide me a refund for the difference of the original amount paid ($90.00-$64.00= about $26.00 refund). ****! Books ended my subscription instead and did not issue a refund. When I contacted customer support (no phone number is provided; the customer must communicate through a site messaging system). the support representative stated my account was reinstated and to login to verify. When I logged in, my account states it will deactivate on 04/19/2025 due to non-payment of subscription fees. I have already paid $90.73 as shown on my bank statement. **** is requesting a "promotional" fee of $57 to keep my account live past 04/19/2025 although I already paid $90.73 on 04/03/2025. The representative stopped responding to my emails. I would like a full refund of my $90.73 due to payment in full and non-receipt of services from this business/unethical business practices.

    I subscribed for a yearly subscription (approx $80) to ****! Unlimited in Feb 2023. I cancelled in 2024 ahead of the timeframe to not renew and be charged again. They charged me and I had to send an email, I ultimately did get refunded but requested my account to be closed and never charged again. Feb 2025 - I am charged again without having a subscription or renewing, etc. please make this stop! I sent their customer service an email again, but since this is a yearly issue I am reporting.

    I pay for a subscription to this service. They took my money on 11/30 and on 12/1 I no longer had access to the service. They do not respond to emails, app feedback, or the forms on their own website. Numerous people are having the same issue where money is being stolen and the product is not given . They are a fraud.

    On Sept. 10, 2024 and PO was submitted for payment of an **************** subscription for $18,204.00. Despite completing payment to ****, the vendor did not upgrade our subscription for the Plus account. I attempted to contact the vendor on 9/10/24, 9/19/24, 10/7/24, 10/17/24, 11/14/24, and 12/11/24 to resolve the issue but it has yet to be successfully resolved. I have attached the email communication and my frequent attempts to contact the vendor to gain access to the Plus subscription plan that I paid for.

    I purchased the family annual package on the app for $89. Less than a month later I wasnt able to login in any way. I tried contacting the company 5 times. There is NO phone number to call. Only online submission form which the last of all my submissions was submitted on Nov 2nd, More than 30 days ago. They have not replied to any of my inquires. I still can not login to access the app. I am worried even if I never hear back that they will continue to charge me automatically annually. Horrible service. I wanted this app and program because my childrens school uses it. I have no idea how they can do this when they work with schools.

    Signed up on the website for epic reading free trial for my daughter. Later tried to login, but website says unable to locate my email. Tried to contact them, but no phone number and only email. Is having recurrent charges, despite trying to email them several times in the last 1-2 months with no response. Called my bank to get the charges reimbursed, but knowing I cannot stop the recurrent charges. I wanted to file complaint on lack of responsiveness and Non-user-friendly website

    I have been paying for epic for 3 years now. However, over this whole time for it, we have had trouble getting into it almost every time my son tries to log in. It originally started with him having the free version from school that ended at 3:00 p.m., So we paid for it to go past 3:00 p.m.. whenever he has tried to log in, we have to keep going through multiple processes to trying to find a way to get him in, because it acts as if he does not have a home account. We were able to get in about 2 weeks ago, but all last week while trying, he was unable to get in again. We still can't figure out why we go through this every time. I usually will have to pick up my phone and log in some kind of way from there and let him use my phone. This ***** and we pay way too much money to keep having this problem. I would like to be contacted by the business to correct this problem, and I also feel like we are due some sort of refund for all this time. We have been members and haven't been able to access

    My children used Epic during COVID and we must have provided a credit card to enter the site. I recently began trying to remove the recurring monthly 6.37$ charge from my credit card; however have found the company IMPOSSIBLE to contact. I have tried several times through their website and ********, unsuccessfully. I have now had my bank dispute the charges; however, I still cannot remove the recurring charges on my credit card. When I sign into my account on the website for ****! it does not have my account listed as active and indicates I am not on a subscribed paying account, so there is nothing for me to cancel based on their website instructions. I need to first have the company CANCEL my account and remove me from billing. Then I would like to dispute the charges from the past 4 years.

    I am writing to formally address an issue regarding an unauthorized charge made to my account. On September 20, 2024, my account was charged $124.86 for a free trial that had apparently been initiated without my consent. I was unaware of this until I discovered that my child had inadvertently signed into Epic Books using my work computer to complete a homework assignment. Unfortunately, this computer contains my banking information, and it appears that a 7-day trial was inadvertently agreed to instead of using their school credentials.I initially tried to resolve this issue through their website, but I only received a generic response indicating that they would get back to me within ***** hours, with a disclaimer suggesting I might not receive a resolution. After waiting a week with no follow-up, I reached out again via email and encountered another automated response stating that due to an influx of inquiries related to the school year, the response time had increased to two weeks. As of today, November 20, 2024, I have yet to receive any follow-up correspondence regarding this matter.Given that Epic Books offers this service for free to educators, I find the situation concerning. It raises questions about the revenue model and the ethics surrounding these unauthorized charges to parents and guardians who may not be fully aware of the implications of signing up for services.I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this issue, including a full refund of the $124.86 charge.     I made a payment of $84.99 for a yearly subscription to Epic Audio Book through their website (*******************************). However, after the payment, I am still not able to open any of their audio books. The website would not allow access to their membership contents. Even after I had input the correct login information, they website still asks me to become a member in order to open audio books. I emailed their customer service at ******************* as well as submitted an online request to fix the problem. Regardless of the requests, I did not receive any response from them. Please advice and help!
