I have taken surveys through YouGov for quite some time now. On February 16, 2025 I redeemed ****** points to receive a $25 virtual card. I never received the card. I have attempted to contact YouGov multiple times through their customer support Site and have never received a response back from them. I am rejecting this response because: I received from ***** on March 11, 2025, at 23:28 EDT, where I was advised to carefully follow specific guidelines to ensure my account remains in good standing. I strictly followed all the instructions, including:
Reading questions carefully and answering thoughtfully.
Maintaining consistency across surveys.
Taking my time and not ******* through surveys.
Selecting "Don't know" when unsure, as suggested.
Despite carefully adhering to these guidelines, my account was suspended again within 24 hours of reactivation. This is quite frustrating, as I have always provided honest and high quality responses. I kindly request my account to be reactivated and reset so that I can update my starting information if necessary. If my account was flagged due to completing a survey, I would like to understand the reason and ensure that I can continue participating without any issues. I value my participation in YouGov surveys and request a prompt resolution to this matter. Looking forward to your support.

I have been using YouGov surveys, which one can earn compensation through, for over a year. The last email I got from YouGov was for a survey offer on December 25, 2024. Since then, I did not delete or re-install the app but I was automatically logged out at some point and stopped getting survey invites.I tried to log in via email verification code which has worked in the past many times. The website alternated between saying nothing when I entered my email, saying the code was sent to my email, and giving a generic error message. I contacted YouGov by their Contact form on the app and by social media and got no response. I am going ahead with the complaint now since it has been four business days and some customers report not getting a response for 6 weeks, months, or ever in some cases.Previously, I cashed out with YouGov when I got enough points for the $15 or $25 gift card. This time, coincidentally, once I was saving up for a larger gift card beyond $25 I cannot log in, an issue that other customers report as well. I believe I have at least enough points to redeem a $25 gift card but I do not recall the exact amount.I tried to log in with different browsers, on my phone and PC, and in a private browsing window but nothing worked. I checked my spam folder and nothing was there. I am using the same email I have always used with YouGov and I have emails from them still in my inbox from December 25 and before.Business Response
