    Bought 2 things for my grandkids. One was broken, both are made very cheaply! They tell you AFTER the fact that they don't accept returns. They up charged my shipping and charged me fraudulently another $39.99 without my permission! I had to cancel 2 credit cards and reported these fraudulent charges to my bank. They also have several different names that they go by so it's hard to track them down. DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!!

    do not buy from this company ever despite it appearing as a legit seller,I had bought one of the stuffies for a younger relative who I often watch and after original payment,they kept doing withdrawals every couple of weeks to a month onwards despite actually receiving the item in the end,and when you try asking them about what it's for they disappear with no way to get any form of contact or reply back

    To Whom This May Concern: I am reaching out to you because I want to express my unappreciation and frustration with the way your company does business. In making my order (Order number WG79238) on November 22, 2024, I was charged for membership that does not even have any details or inclination of what the actual membership is. It just says Waterfalls VIP. The second red flag is that though youre going by ************************ and it is posted all over your website that all charges will reflect ************************ on our statement that is in fact false. I was charged under a beauty company by the name of ***********************. Due to the lack of information of this supposed membership and suspicious tactics, I tried to get a refund 5 MINUTES after placing the order. I was shocked that I was unable to do so and even more appalled that even AFTER filling out a customer inquiry form twice, I went ignored. On December 2nd and still NO product your company attempted to charge my card YET again for what I am assuming is some FAKE membership. Upon finally receiving this item on December 5th, dissatisfaction is me being nice. The product is of awful quality, I would not even give this to an animal let alone a child. There are strings hanging from it, the battery slot is not even attached to the product and the smell is like it has some kind of chemical on it. With that being said, since I was unsuccessful at reaching someone at your company, I am sending this product back the same way I received it. I also requested a refund from my bank so its only fair I send back the product. I also want to again put in writing that I DO NOT WANT A MEMBERSHIP SO PLEASE CANCEL Any further attempts to collect will go unpaid since I have changed my card information. I also have posted a copy of this letter to the BBB and all the websites you target so people are aware of your tactics.Signed, Angry customer

    I wish I could pick 0 stars... I don't totally understand what happened as one stuffed animal was shipped and it was totally fine. The second one did not work and it was one of the limited edition stitch ones. I left them both in the package until it was time to wrap them for Christmas when I opened the second one which is the limited edition stitch one. The battery pack cover was loose inside the bag which I thought was maybe just a Miss site. Maybe when I had gone through the line someone forgot to put it on whatever. Then I put batteries in it. I tried four packs of batteries and another one of them worked and the inside of the animal is actually deformed. Almost like there's not enough stuffing and there's a hole in the face. I emailed three times, submitted a claim three times. No email back. Nothing. All I got was their automatic email saying did you file these steps so I even replied to that email thinking maybe it would flag it on the way through and still nothing. I have been trying to get it replaced since Christmas. Sometimes price is too good to be true I guess.

    Horrible experience. The price doesn't seem necessarily bad but I can't attest to the quality of the dolls BECAUSE IT NEVER SHOWED UP. The shipping process was supposedly faster than expected but it delivered to the wrong address and despite spamming me with emails for 4 days straight, they've ghosted me ever since. I contacted the shipping company and got no response, and for the past 3 weeks, I've sent an email at least once a week to address the reshipping or refund process but, as previously stated, they've yet to respond. This is after they moved me to express shipping despite selecting normal shipping btw. They also automatically sign you up for their VIP program but refuse to tell you anything about it, including whether or not it's a recurring charge. Just don't touch this shitty shitty company.

    This company offered a stitch doll for $9.95. proceeded to charge me $19.95 plus sipping and handling and another stitch doll for $16.95 plus shipping and handling. Explained it to me that in the offer said that I would be purchasing too. Also the terms of agreement need to be read. You are signing up for a subscription for something called waterfall. I don't understand why anybody would need a subscription when purchasing a doll. Is it very deceptive company they also do not do returns in any way. Even if they made the mistake. I canceled the order immediately as soon as I found out they overcharged me within a day and they still sent the order saying that it went through before I called. Very deceptive company I wouldn't do business with them ever in any way. One thing they said I couldn't pasted below.While we understand that youre not happy or satisfied with your item, were afraid, operation costs have already been expended, thus, were afraid, we will consider all sales as final and refunds can not be granted.

    This company is a scam. I clicked to buy the stitch sleep ***** and next thing I knew my card was hit for 6 other transactions that I gad to dispute and close my card and order a new card. I hate sites like this that illegally take from innocent hard working people. I was told by the fraud division not to buy anything from the ads on any social media platform because they are scammers looking to steal from unsuspecting people. Please be careful. If you want to order something go to ****** and look up the company to make sure it's legit.
