I received a ban on my Apex Legends game account from Electronic Arts gaming company on July 20th this year. The company has not yet provided a reason for my ban on their official website. Until I made my first appeal to them, and then replied to me stating that I had violated their agreement six, resulting in the account being banned. But I am certain that I have not engaged in any behavior or intention that violates the agreement. I remember running their game in an internet cafe at the time, but due to environmental or equipment issues, Electronic Arts gaming company may have conducted an error check on my account, believing that I violated their rules. However, I am very certain that I am a legitimate gamer. At the same time, in recent months in *****, on social software such as Tiktok, we can see that many players have been wrongly banned from their game accounts by the game company. Undoubtedly, there are a small number of cheaters among them, but there are also many legitimate players who love the game Apex Legends. However, it is well known that Electronic Arts' anti cheat system has flaws, which not only cannot truly detect cheaters, but may also result in erroneous bans on normal games. Therefore, I hope that Electronic Arts gaming company can upgrade their anti cheating system and do justice to ordinary gamers. Due to the erroneous ban on my account by ******************** gaming company, I lost the opportunity to have fun in Apex Legends and also had an impact on my reputation. I do not want to be seen as a game cheater by my family and friends. The account was created on February 13, 2019, and I have been using it and playing games ever since. I paid approximately $600 to Electronic Arts, including the purchase of the game and the coin recharge of the game account. Recently, there was suspicion of account theft around mid June, and I couldn't receive any information from EA in my email. During that busy time in real life, I didn't pay attention to it. When I finished work and wanted to play games, I found that my Apex account had been stolen and banned for cheating. When I checked the account data, I found that I logged in from different places under the EA account, from my location, flying to *****************, then to mainland *****, and finally to *********. During this period, EA did not... Send me any emails regarding suspected remote login protection, In the past few months, I have filed multiple appeals to EA customer service, collected relevant recharge records, evidence from other places, and commonly used network environments. EA customer service has not shown me understanding and respect, and has been perfunctory, using repetitive language to tell me that it is indeed my mistake and will not be unbanned. Dear ************************* (BBB),I am a long-time user of ********************** and **************************** abided by their user agreements. However, my ********************** account was inexplicably banned without any valid reason. What is even more unacceptable is that I have submitted three appeals to the EA team, but they were rejected each time without any reasonable explanation.My account is very important to me and I invest a lot of time and energy in EA's games. Now, I have been deprived of the fun and sense of accomplishment that these games bring. This behavior not only disappoints me, but also makes me feel deeply unfair.Here, I request the ****************************** to intervene in this matter and help me restore the use of my account. In order to dispute an account sanction, the fan must follow the steps outlined at the following link: *************************************************************************************************** Once you submit your dispute, our Terms of Service team will review the sanction and respond with their findings.
It is important that the dispute case is not updated while being reviewed, as doing so may remove it from the queue and delay the review.
