Thursday, September 19, 2024 It was a classic bait and switch. Quoted one price and then after all my belongings were on a rented(?) truck, I was told I had tripled the space. That is completely impossible. I now owed the driver $2495. the total move was supposed to be less than $2400. I had already paid $688 and now owed over $1000 upon delivery. Please keep in mind this was now 10:30pm as they did not show up until after 8pm. Over 2 hrs later than they quoted that afternoon. The rental house was empty and I was scheduled to immediately leave after the movers left. I was stuck No Options.I called the Office 5 times over the course of the next week. I never raised my voice once....I simply wanted refund of some kind. I was hoping for 4 or 5 hundred. I knew I had more boxes than quoted...but not triple the space. When a manager finally returned my call....he got mad at me and said he would turn the truck around ( which dispatch had told me had not left Ca,) they would "dump" the stuff on the front yard and I could fly out to Utah and deal with it. He then hung up. Long story short....20 days after my belongings were picked up they arrived in SC with two tables broken. There are more minor details I can supply Also almost all items are still in boxes in a garage....they can easily be measured and prove I was

I booked with this company based off the quote they gave me after a phone call and going over my items needing move. When it came to move day after loading the truck they told me it was going cost substantially more. I ended up paying a portion and supposed ro pay the other portion when delivered which is suppose to be after the 30th of this month. I received a text from theit driver saying my itemw will be here tomorrow 11/24/24 a full week early. Someone altered the paperwork and put the 1st down which makes no sense because wasnt even at my new place by then. Ive called to company and have gotten no where. I want this ressolved to I owe nothing more than the orignal quote and my items delivered on the date I put. I feel bait switched with the quote once they had my items on the truck they jacked up the price but the quote was from them based on my item list and I even removed items. Quote was for $2587.33

I wish I read all the complaints from the other people on here. I was estimated a 4,000$ move and when they got here and loaded it all up it jumped to ****** because they also charge for the space they NEVER told me about. This business is a scam. I had to do it because I have to literally fly to ******* in one day. I had to pay under duress. None of my stuff even cost that much I wouldve bought everything brand new. I had no other choice but to pay the last remaining money I had to them.

I have been in contact with the moving company since February 2024. They gave me a quote of *******. This quote was calculated from pictures sent to Bison Relocation as I have not been in the house we moved out of since February 2024 so I only had pictures to go by.We scheduled the move for October **************************************************************** ********** for a free month. The supervisor calls me from ********** wanting ******* dollars more for the move.I reminded him that we had a contract for ******* and I had already paid his company ****** .He got very angry and said well you have till tonight to pick the items up. I asked where that location would be and got no answer only a response to go ahead and take him to court. I have not heard anything since.

I received a quote to move my items from AZ to IL for ********. I provided and inventory and updated it 5 days before the move. On move day they loaded the truck. Then came to me and said it I'd actually *****. Either agree or they unload it all back into my apartment. I was literally getting on a plane the next morning and my lease was up. I have no choice. I was forced to agree to the increase, under duress. When I asked why the increase all they said was the cu ft was move. I tried to call the company 4 times. Left 2 messages to ask about the jncrease. They finally called me the day of delivery. Indicating that I agreed to the price and am only arguing about the price now upon delivery. They said they did not get the m messages and I should have called during business hours, which I did. Again, I am being forced into paying this amount because they will not deliver until j pay them upon arrival in cash. Or they will take my things to a warehouse and store them, until I agree to pay them the amount in full. Which they will then charge me storage fees for. I have records of the estimate, phone calls, texts, emails, payments which I can provide.

I paid them upwards of $3000 for my move from *********** to *****. I was supposed to pay them a $975 balance and that would be all for them to deliver my items. Excluding the fact of them being extremely unprofessional, cursing on the phone, and complaining about having to deliver my items, they delivered them after midnight. They had super sketchy guys dropping the furniture also. To make matters even worse, when they arrived they began demanding an additional $725, I have no idea why, or they wouldnt drop my goods off. We feel extorted by Bison, and their manager is zero help. They are not responding to any of my messages anymore. I want a refund for the extra amount they extorted me for. $725.

Initially, I was quoted approximately $8,000 based on an estimate of ***** cubic feet at $4.17 per cubic foot. However, upon arrival at my residence, the movers claimed I had more items than estimated and adjusted the cost to $16,000.When I contacted their management to understand the significant price increase and to inquire about a refund if the final cost was lower, they insisted that $16,000 was the non-negotiable price for the move. Faced with a tight deadlineneeding to vacate my house by Friday for the incoming tenant on SaturdayI had no alternative but to proceed with their services despite my reservations. The movers did not transport all my belongings, forcing me to rent a 20-foot U-Haul and complete the move myself. Upon delivery, I verified that my items occupied ***** cubic feet. At their quoted rate of $4.17 per cubic foot, I calculated that I was overcharged by more than $5,000.During the delivery of my household goods, I observed that several boxes had multiple box tags affixed to a single box. This created a false representation of the total item count.I am still missing 16 boxes and one picture. The packing crew also failed to label the contents of each box as indicated on the packing list. Furthermore, I was not provided with an inventory list after the packing was completed and before the crew departed from my residence. When I requested a copy of the list, I was informed that the truck driver would provide it upon delivery.Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue with the company, they have been uncooperative, maintaining that the price is final. It appears they exploited my urgent situation and misrepresented the volume of goods to justify the inflated cost. Their initial estimate of ***** cubic feet should have required a 26-foot box truck, yet they provided space for only half a truck.

I hired this company to move my items from *******, AZ to ******, **. I was quoted $1600 for the amount of items I had. The day before the pickup from the storage in ******* the company wanted a total box count. I quickly counted 67 boxes and 1 chair. I let him know that number he stated the estimate had to increase to $2000 because the cubic feet would be slightly more than accounted for on the original quote. I had already paid a $700 non refundable deposit at this point, therefore I agreed to continue with the move. The day the movers get there this nightmare begins. They are supposed to arrive at noon, I receive a call stating it will now be sometime between 5 and 6pm. I ask that I am called when they are close as my parents house is not.too far and I am not waiting for another 5 hours plus at the storage. I had not heard from the company at 5, so I decide to make my way over to the storage to wait. As I am on my way I get a very rude call from the ******* telling me they are there at the storage and wasting time, they are laughing hysterically I can barely make out the conversation. They get there load all the boxes onto the truck. The ******* says you owe $2100 more than quoted this is too much stuff. I said no take it off the truck. Like a true extortionist he says nope it will stay in a warehouse in ********** until you pay. I said I didn't agree to this he says you have 78 total boxes. I said 11 boxes can't double the cost. He says it's now $4160 total your stuff will be in ********** til you pay. Again I already paid deposit they knew I had no choice but to pay for my stuff. The company that drops odd stuff brings everything beaten and shattered. There is not one fragile thing that went with them that made it in one piece. They refuse to drop at my house and tell me they will text an address to wear they left my stuff. I have to go get my item from the school down the road. This company needs to be shut down. Scams and extortion. Help.

The ************** charged an extra 450 dollars not written in the receipt when they arrived at the moving location. They didn't deliver three boxes containing cooking wares and important shoes for work and school. They said they had the box but the truck already left **************, they didn't give any timeline for when to deliver it to us. They blamed us for the system that led to it. They don't answer our calls anymore. They asked us why we paid 450 more.
