    On August 14th 2024 I made a payment of $600 cash for a unisex hair cut class. Vanity make up academy kept pushing back class dates, due to lack of students and one time because the teacher was doing their own studies. The business eventually stopped contacting me with available times. I had to be the one to contact the business for new class dates and was continuously ignored. I asked for a refund multiple times and was ignored. I never received the course or got updates again. This business is unorganized and disrespectful.I called months later for a refund again and *********, the owner of the business, agreed and then retracted once I let her know if I wasnt refunded I would take legal action. I showed up to the business front in person and the owner of the business was not there when she claimed she would be. They did absolutely nothing for me and wasted an entire work day. I have yet to receive a refund and its been 7 months.
