    Order # SO-********, dated 6/23-23 I purchased a LS7 Fuel Injection kit @ cost of $3783.60. Numerous issues with parts missing or don't fit. My engine builder has contacted Speedmaster for the missing parts and technical questions - never to receive a follow-thru reply. I have personally contacted Speedmaster on 9/18 and again on 9/22 requesting Return Authorization and Call Tag for return freight. Standard answer "will file a claim" it never happens with a reply from Speedmaster.Customer Service @ ********************** is beyond POOR. I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK!

    The purchase was made with Speedmaster from their website 3-27-23 for a balancer and a set of rods for a engine build. After machine work was done I went to use the parts to build the engine and found out the balancer would not fit and the rods were manufactured wrong. The website stated the balancer would fit my engine. All of this was found out after 2.5 mon. later and beyond the 30 day return policy. Their terms of agreement addresses this situation and in their own statement we will meet our legal and good natured obligations within a reasonable time with proof of purchased. After multiple phone calls and emails later they refuse to address this problem also I had **** look into to this problem and they still refuse to correct this problem. All of this is documented with emails, pics and measured dimensions.

    I purchased a pair of cylinder heads from this group in Nov 2022. They charged me accordingly and shipped them via fedex around 12/10/2022. FedEx says they left them on the doorstep, in plain sight of street, with a picture of the package, The package placement was unusual for them, as they usually place them behind the walls outcropping to hide from sight. When I arrived home that evening, the package was gone. Speedmaster dropped the ball on my first call around 12/15-12/17 time frame. Speedmaster rep told me they usually require a signature for higher value shipment, not this one apparently! I had to follow up a month or so later with another Speedmaster rep and they had nothing in their system regarding my earlier loss inquiry. It took months to have Fedex say it isn't their fault, Speedmaster same (not their fault) and Chase bank has no coverage for theft as it was an automotive part. What a spectacular group of companies to deal with with. I have ZERO to show for the roughly $800 charge on my credit card.

    The carrier completed an investigation of the shipment and confirmed it was delivered. Carrier provided photographic evidence, customer claims theft may have been involved.  Theft of the package once delivered would not be the sellers responsibility.

    Purchased two products from SPEEDMASTER via ebay. The first was a set of shaft mounted rocker arms for a small block ford. These rockers do not properly mount on a set of Speedmaster heads that I previously purchased. Have been trying to a month to receive a reply to numerous messages sent though ebay and via SPeedmaster's own contact information. Second item is a Small Block Ford cast iron block. I today started to fir the block with the accessories necessary to start an engine building project. I was trying to mount a fitting in the Oil Pressure Sending port only to find that the port threads are nearly non existent an no fitting will mount properly. Also observed a casting flaw that may cause critical problems. Have tried to contact speedmaster again and cannot get a response. Tried to contact by phone and also cannot get in touch with anybody Leave messages but again no reply.

    I purchased a 351w blower kit and the manifold did not fit between the heads, I contacted them and they said they have had this problem before just take it to a machine shop and have them mill down both sides and they would take care me after. Well they lied I have emails and text messages from them and now they won't return my emails. But it gets even better after I milled the sides of the intake to fit I tried to install the distributor and it's not even close to fitting. The front of the intake is about a 1/2 inch off and the distributor hits on the back side. The only way to make this work is to grind the front water jacket area down and make inserts and have it re-welded to fit. I don't like throwing a company under the bus but this company doesn't care about customer satisfaction at all, so buyers beware.

    Our warranty states "Speedmaster™ Limited Worldwide Warranty specifically does not apply to products, which have been; (a) modified or altered in any way; (b) subjected to adverse conditions, such as misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or adjustment, dirt or other contaminants, water, corrosion, or faulty repair; or (c) used in other than those applications recommended by Speedmaster™ Products". This product has been modified but customers machine shop, we do not accept the responisibilty for their workmanship.

    Purchased a carburetor main body in Dec. 2021 thru Amazon and stored it until Sept 2022 when I was finishing up my engine. Found main body wasn’t machined properly and contacted Speedmaster thru Amazon dealt with ***** ******* with customer service . This was covered under a warranty and I had to pay shipping to Speedmaster. The main body was replaced by Speedmaster with another defective piece. I requested a replacement on Oct. 7th when defective item was delivered and have not received an email with how this will be resolved. I requested a replacement be sent with an RMA so I am not paying to have another replacement item sent and also requested that the one being sent is checked over prior to being shipped. I have purchased other parts to finish this carburetor and currently without parts (2 needles for accelerator nozzle and accelerator nozzle screw which broke due to depth of hole for the part not being machined properly on the replacement main body Cannot access original message thru Amazon attached is what I can see as of now. Will update if I gain access to them

    This customer purchased an item that is a part of an assembly, to complete assembly customer is using products from a different manufacturer that are not compatible with ours.     The exchange was also defective and Speedmaster doesn’t advertise their  “correct needle or screw” nor is it listed in their ad that it was required.

    I purchased a 351W Aluminum Block which was junk. The surface looked like Swiss cheese with casting porosity all over the surface. One motor mount boss was cracked to the helicoil. The casting around the water jacket drain plug was not complete exposing half of the threads. The holes for the oil pan were misdrilled by 0.50''. The steel cylinder liners were installed at various heights. This is a scam operation. The staff is the most rude and once they have your money ''screw you''. Speedmaster ''employees'' are not on the premises but scattered throughout Rialto, CA. In fact, James Emerson, who I was forced to deal with is working out of his own business, AT Racing World, another less than reputable operation. Although Speedmaster advertises a 12 month warranty, it is for exchange only. Why would I want another piece of Chinese crap. I just want my money refunded which ANY reputable business would do. It's no wonder why there are hundreds of BBB complaints giving Speedmaster an ''F'' Rating as well as on dozens of auto websites as well.

    Customers purchase was made 02/19/2022 they have 30 days from receipt to request return for refund. They informed us they did not inspect the product until now. We provided them with a return authorization for a warranty exchange as stating in our policy. Please let me know if you need anything else for this one.

    I paid over 850 bucks to them for a set of heads that never arrived. They filed a claim with FedEx and won got a pay out and called me today to tell me they won’t be willing to issue me a refund or resend the product they I had purchased

    bought 351w block found a lot of issues with block.my engine builder tried to correct issues. deemed block not useable . cyl bore depth not finished oil passage not finish drilled, cyl wall to short on cam side. bored block to 4.165, found pitts in #1 and 5 cyls engine block not useable.contacted speedmaster . they stated out of warranty .time wise # mod. machine work voids warranty

    This company falsely advertised a product then sent me the item and refused to give a full refund and cost of shipping seems like they are a scam sending out the wrong items then charging people for a restocking fee they make 1000s on the restocking fee knowing they send fake items out. And then refusing to pay shipping scammers

    Customer purchased PCE261.1116 which is described as "Oldsmobile 330 350 *** *** 455 1.6 Ratio Aluminum Shaft Mount Rocker Arm Set" on our webstore. A shaft mount rocker set goes with aftermarket cylinder heads. Customer has OEM heads and the hardware size is different. Doesn't feel responsible for the return shipping to receive a refund.
