    Date left in possesion for repairs 1/4/23
    Repair for charge port of headset.
    Shop streched a cable during repairs and i am waiting for him to fix as he promised.
    Its now 6/26/23 and still no repair and no oculus.
    Asked for my oculus quest 2 back with full refund of $150 as it was his error in stretching the cable.
    He refuses refund.
    I have asked 3 times since 6/26/23 by text when can i pick up oculus and he is not responding.
    Orders are attached. 1 st order is the original showing total paid $150 and picked up an Oculus quest 2 i believed was the original fixed. He replaced my oculus for a used lesser model. I returned the device and agree on waiting for him to fix my original. The second order is showing i returned the device he tried to swap.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID .********, , and find that Mediation is necessary as they have my property and are not showing any attempt to give it back.  I still believe this can be resolved and we can both move on.

    I would like to reject the offer of Mediation for complaint ID ********. We refuse to deal with those who spread lies and other misinformation about the business, customer service experience, or who make negative assumptions. Had you responded in less than 2 weeks; we could've verified the system version. We did what other shops wouldn't have done, and replaced the Device, and were instead ridiculed and essentially called thieves. All resolution offers have been not only declined but accusations have been made. Had you responded in a timely manner, we wouldn't be where we are. A (2) Week response time from you is not our fault!
