    We hired a contractor to do work for us. Signed a contract, with ***** ********* from MAZ Construction *** (owned by ********* ********* - Adnans wife). The Contractor ***** requested funds for 10% downpayment for project and for the cost of windows to purchase for project. Was given a total of $29,058.00. As it turns out the money was never used to purchase the windows which we have proof of, the project was never started. The contractor's license was suspended for lack of qualifier and lack of bond and was operating illegally with no license. We've sent a letter of demand to return the funds for violating the contract and not having a valid license to perform the work, as well as taking funds and not using the money to purchase materials as stated in contract. The company and ***** are completely ignoring our calls and letters. They are operating a completely fraudulent business and using funds for their own personal use.
