      I scheduled an appointment to drop my 2001 s430 off at their shop 4/27 before closing. They were to look at my air shocks and check and turn off my brake lights that were constantly on. I was called a day later and they were saying that I have 2500$ worth of engine codes. When I asked again about my brake lights and shocks they said they just didn't want to deal with the car.i wen to pick my car up on the 4/29 my car was damaged with a gash on the driver side door. My check engine light was off and when I ran the scanner for myself I didn't have any codes for engine or light. Really I never requested those services but none the less my car was in their care and it was damaged. I called them and they negated all responsibility for the damage and would not help with repairs of said damage

      To whom this may concern 
      Mr.**** came in and scheduled an appointment we made appointment although he had previously made appointments and failed to come in or call. Regardless  vehicle was dropped off before closing and was safely stored inside our shop. Complaint was brake lights stay on check suspension customer insisted that it was a simple fix that he knew what it was and was shifter related due to previous work done on vehicle elsewhere. He agreed to a $100 diagnostic fee that WAS NOT CHARGED TO HIM. We started by retrieving codes found 15 different codes multiple problems with vehicle and additionally problems with air suspension. Yes we did say that roughly based on codes to fix part of the problem it would cost around$2500 but based on multiple issues and condition of vehicle we decided not get involved with vehicle. We notified customer and he picked up vehicle the next day. Note vehicle was not moved until it was taken out the next morning for customer to pick up. Vehicle was picked up around 10:00am and customer called shop at 4:00pm stating that we damaged his vehicle and we need to pay for damage he said damage was done on driver door but did not notice at the time of pick up he said he noticed because of previous pictures he took of vehicle. We did not damage vehicle while it was here so we are not responsible for repair.
