      Ordered complete MTB, Yeti SB140. Bike arrived with a chip in the frame, immediately notified customer service. They offered a $50 gift card which we declined and requested an exchange. They then offered a $150 gift card which we again declined and stated our desire to receive a replacement, this went unaddressed. A week's time passed and at this point we were instructed to submit a warranty claim. We did and it was denied, because they believed the damage occurred during shipping. We asked them to submit a claim with the shipper, they refused. Three weeks passed, asked again to exchange the bike which they again refused, now the bike is out of stock. Called customer service, they agreed to issue a partial refund for the maximum amount that they were willing, $250. Unfortunately, this business isn't trustworthy, they issued a refund for $50. Buyer beware.

      20% off coupon code that is occasionally offered is bait and switch. This code cannot be applied to bikes, frames, or any of about 90 listed brands' products. It's essentially unusable, yet is used to drive traffic to the site. This is a very scammy endeavor.

      I wish I would have read all the negative reviews before purchasing a $800 watch with this company. its been a week since I placed an order and I have no idea when or if I will ever receive the watch. I tried calling and texting at least ******************************************************************************* reply a text. Ive never encountered anything like this.

      I ordered a dropper seat post and accidentally ordered the wrong size so I ordered a second one that was the right size. I initiated a return of the first.Jenson determines that my incorrect seat post was USED? So they conveniently deny my return.THIS ITEM WAS NEVER USED AND WAS RETURNED IN THE SAME PACKAGING THAT I RECIEVED IT IN!If I can't trust that this retailer will not honor a simple return in this fashion, I will never do business with them again.

      A hassle. Ordered a cassette. (Sram eblok)They sent it **********. First update was the day after they shipped it. Went to "Delayed". After 7 days status finally gave delivery date. The day it was to be delivered the status changed to "needs address update". Spent an hour trying to make a *** account in order to update the address. Which, I mean, Jenson had when I ordered. How it didn't end up on the box is more than troubling. Finally got through the lengthy and buggy *** sign-up B.S., made an account, with ********************************* ******* all my info. Now, maybe, on the ninth day since I ordered it, will it actually come? I've ordered with Jenson before. Didn't have a problem. I really would like to buy another Sram eblok from them but I'll go buy from someone else, for 50 bucks more, that knows how to ship something. Jenson, use the U.S. mail! *** - your review is next! P.S. - Can't wait for your standard weak apology response. **************** is dead.

      The customer representative I worked with to buy an Orbea mountain bike was knowledgeable, made sure I got whatever discounts he could offer, and pleasant to chat with. I got my bike days before they promised it in perfect condition. Thanks!

      Graleat service got me exactly what I needed to get my trek fuel ex 5 stopping again....a new Shimano disc brake for front wheel and helped with a new mineral oil service kit. The young man I spoke with was knowledgeable and professional. Great job.

      I placed the order July 18th. Jenson sent email confirmation that Jenson received my order and shipped my order on the 18th. The email link Jenson sent still states that I will receive my order July 21st. I have not received the order, July 21st was yesterday. As of now, July 22, the order has not been shipped per the shipping agency record. I contacted the shipping agency yesterday evening. As of today, the 22nd, Jenson has not provided the item to the shipping company. The shipping agent I spoke with yesterday evening confirmed Jenson has not provided the item to the shipping company. The banks credit card record proves Jenson did not process payment until Thursday July 20th. Jenson claims they shipped my order 2 days before Jenson processed and received payment for it! Today is Saturday. Jenson is not open for business. So, my order cannot actually be shipped until Monday. The soonest, Jenson can actually ship my order is now an entire week after Jenson sent me an email claiming they shipped my order. I place orders all the time for my business and my family & I order stuff all the time from other vendors. Credit card orders are processed immediately and bank records always document payments made the same day. The problem here is not the delay. The problem with Jenson is their gross lack of integrity, very misleading information, apparent procrastination, disorganization, unprofessionalism and sloppiness. Jenson's review ratings average 3 stars consistently. This includes their customer ratings and ratings by employees and past employees. Jenson is consistently mediocre at best. If you don't care about sloppiness, unprofessional performance, false information and false communication, then buy from Jenson. If you d care, shop somewhere else.

      It's been almost 2 months and I still haven't received something from my order. I was told by my "advisor" to contact them through text because it was the quickest, so i did, along with calling multiple times. I never heard back from them. I've also called numerous times looking for a call back from a different advisor so i can get the product that i paid for, but to no avail. Everything was great, until i had an issue, then it was like everyone dissappeared. I also received something from my order that included a return slip full of someone's personal information. Customer service at jenson is shady at best and as far as I'm concerned they're thieves
