      My daughter ***** ********** and I purchased the home in Fontana CA. on October 20th, 2021. We contracted Jonathan B***** of Exclusive Cabinets & countertops/Exclusive Concepts By Jon on October 22nd, **** ** **** ******** **** ********* *** *****, moved to **** ** ****** *** *** *************** ** **********. We purchase a NextGen home that has an attached 1 bedroom, 1 bath & combine living room kitchenette for the sole purpose of me occupying the area, as not to have to climb stairs. I am 68 years old and have MS & Kidney decease. 1.Arrived on move in day, sub contractors had not completed floors,, were cutting laminate inside house & garage, had to clean spots upstairs, in living & garage in order to unload 2 moving trucks. 2.Ran out of flooring, 3 week delay for floor order. Poor floor install gaps, nicks, splits & protruding nails on stairs. 2 different floor colors install, corrected after it was pointed out. Still uneven baseboards not yet repaired. 3.Did not check to make sure chosen quarts counter came in slab size, we had to chose new quartz they did come in slab size for island size. Installed quartz had to be taken out. 4.Installed powder room & Next Gen/NG bathroom cabinets with no wall spacer,/ had to point this out, corrected. 5.NG bathroom, contract for entire remodel, walkIn shower to replace tub/shower combo. Poor craftmanship on shower wall install, uneven subway tiles, (high/low) raw edges, chipped tiles, two different colors on grout, grout discoloration due to improper mix, grout not sealed in shower & kitchenette backsplash. 1st shower floor incorrectly laying, 2nd floor placed on top of poor install. 6.Mr. B***** ask for and received a punch list, he will show for 1 day with a worker, do a few things on the list, then no word for weeks/months. In July Mr. B***** ask me to give him a chance to get it right, i agreed, It's Sept. nothing is done, he does not reach out, I have to contact him every time, I believe these are stall tactics.
