    I was called by rep sometime last year in 09/2021 about paying off a balance so I don't get sent to collections. So we set something up for a week or two later to pay that balance. fast forward to 2022, Im currently applying for a new credit card so I'm checking up on my credit and I'm seeing that a hard inquiry was done September 2021, WITHOUT my consent. I was NEVER told nor did I approve for a hard inquiry to be done. I still paid what I was told. pretty upset, be careful with company. I've noticed its been happening to a lot of people. If they ever contact you or try to, I recommend checking your credit because they will mess with it without any consent nor will they inform you.

Doing so does NOT require you granting us any permission to do it. The inquiry you see on your credit report is just that an "inquiry".
