I invested over $5,000 with MyConstant for interest-earning purposes. Due to their bankruptcy, I agreed to receive payments over time. To date, I've only received two payments of $200 each, leaving an outstanding balance of $4,600.I accepted MyConstant's proposal for periodic, pro-rata distributions over 3 years, as confirmed in their email dated February 6, 2023. The agreed-upon details included:Distribution option: Periodic, pro-rata distributions over 3 years Additional critical issues:The MyConstant website no longer exists Customer support is unresponsive to all communication attempts No further payments have been received since the initial two distributions (the last one was on July 245, 2023)Despite this agreement, I've filed complaints with the *************************** and California's ****, but neither could assist. I'm seeking BBB's help to resolve this issue and recover my remaining funds. I assume Mercury (from whom I received the funds) provided funds to pay back investors.Initial Complaint

I 'invested' with MyConstant starting in 2020, almost through the end of 2022. These were described to be crypto-backed loans that required collateral on the part of anyone taking out a loan, so the money was always guaranteed. When the website suddenly stopped operations in November 2022, there was intermittent information sent via email and posted on the ************************** website, explaining that the sudden state of crypto caused them to cease operations. They made us sign agreements and make a binary selection, to take a very small amount in cash, or agree to collect only 40% of our ending balance, paid in installments over a period of years that would start small and then ******* ending balance was $43,042.70 in Nov 2022. I received two small payments in Feb 2023 and July 2023, totalling about $3,000 made via *** to a requested bank account. The next payment was to be in January 2024 - but a post went up in February 2024 that payments had been halted until a pending class action lawsuit was resolved. It has been 8 months since that most recent due date, with zero communication on the status of the lawsuit, the plans to make customers whole, in fact no emails at all from the company.Initial Complaint

Hello! I put in $50 that was supposed to have a 12% return. I was automatically enrolled to auto renew and was unable to shut it off. I tried to reach out to customer service multiple times to shut off auto renew and never got a response. Now it appears the app has been deleted from the App Store. I have investments through myconstant totally $1967.35. I am unable to make a withdrawal of my money, and haven't been able to do so in months. Upon further investigation, the website has been saying they have been sending emails to everybody with information. I have their address saved in my emails and I should be receiving emails, but I have received none from them in months! I had absolutely no idea I was supposed to confirm my bank account information recently because I never got an email. According to their last update, they distributed money to **** of their customers, but hadn't heard from **** customers yet.... Doesn't that seem like a MyConstant issue? That 4x MORE customers did NOT have the information to get their money back?I am unable to do anything with the website or app to confirm my bank account that they have always had on file. It's ridiculous that I can't just receive my withdrawal when they have ALL of my information. The chat has been disabled. It asks me to schedule a call, but doesn't do anything when I click to try to schedule. Their phone number doesn't work either. It took me to some scam medical call center. How do I get my money back? I shouldn't have to go to these lengths.Initial Complaint

I started doing business with MyConstant in mid October 2022. This company used deceptive tactics & made themselves out to be a banking/financial institution, both on their website and via conversation with their Agents who basically duped me into believing I was transferring my funds to a regular Bank account. I was assured, even as their website stated, that my funds are insured & would be held in a *********** LLC trust Banking acct. In Oct 2022 I wired ****** total to MyConstant. I only allowed **** to be invested and the ****** was supposed to be in an insured bank account which I have proof. Around November 14, 2022 they locked all of my funds from being withdraw, my account setting confirmed my funds were insured but my funds are still frozen due to MyConstant ceasing to do business after being ordered to cease & desist by the ********** gov't for illegal operations This is blatant fraud and deceptive practices. I can't access ***** which was not even used for investments . The attached photos shows my account is insured in a trust account via *********** LLC up to *********** and it shows what happens to funds that are not invested and are held in Trusts and bank accounts that are insured. However, *********** sent FAQ that appears to show MyConstant lied about insured financial funding and other information used to defraud customers, which is a violation of the FDIC,MyConstant then sent a monetary disbursement plan to try to offer only 41% of the total ******, and then later reduced the amount & tried to use acct verification as a way to legally get me to accept this offer of which I have rejected. This is blatant fraud and deceptive practices, and should be seen as illegal. I am demanding my account funds be returned immediately and MyConstant be referred to the ********** for investigation with regards to their false claims of offering insured financial accounts.***************************************************************Initial Complaint

I moved money from my chase account in October of $1,000 which was posted on October 12, 2022. I then again money into my constant account on October 24, 2022 in the amount of $4,000. On November 3rd, 2022 ,I moved $5,000 into My Constant account and another $5,000 on November 3rd, 2022. A total of $15,000. I have emailed this company numerous times, attempted to call, with no response. When I went onto the site, it appears that they are not allowing withdrawals at this time. I also talk with my bank who suggested that I get a police report, which I did do so that my original bank could assist me with this situation. I did research before and now as I am researching I see that there is a red flag on this company for fraudulent behavior. I could really use assistance in getting my money returned to me.Initial Complaint

Around November of 2022, MYCONSTANT.com stopped doing business because the FTX collapse. At that time the I had loaned out approximately $4,000 through the peer to peer lending sight and that went from showing a balance of approximately 4,000 dollars to 0 dollars. They have been sending out periodic communications since saying that they are going try to proportionally reimburse people with a percentage of what they had invested in the platform. About a month ago, I lost my phone with the google authenticator for the 2 factor authentication login for the site. Then they sent out a communication for everyone to log in to verify the amount you had in the account and enter bank information so that reimbursements could be sent out. Starting on February 10, I asked them to help me log in another way and they said to send them a photo of me holding my ID to verify my identity and then they would remove the 2FA so that I could log in with just my password, which I did at that time, and then again more than a week ago. Then they sent out a snarky communication that funds were being dispersed but that we need to have logged in to update everything so that we could receive reimbursement. However, they have not responded to me with any assistance or removed the 2FA like they said they would. At this point they will not respond to me at all. First, I would like to be able to log in to my account in order to do what they requested. Then I would like to see if I can be reimbursed for some portion of my 4,000 dollars invested. Thanks, ******* ****** *********@gmail.com
