    Leaks all over the patio. Trash was left everywhere on the roof in my jacuzzi, pieces of metal and screws left in yard. Panel's bent wrong touch up paint used but wrong kind the whole patio is angled to one side and now I have to live with a have right job. But I hope I dont have an electrical fire drone the water that flows through it. But one side of the patio has an arch and the roof fills with water no drain. Trued to have them repair it several time and finally gave up on the crappy work they did. Guys at ******** would have done a better job.

    Good morning thank you for contacting me the other day about this issue, My notes on my end didn't show any kind of pending service. This may be due to ****** no longer working here as she started a leave of absence during this time back in 2020. What I did was noted our system and let our Patio Cover ******* know that this customer has an issue with his Cover that needs to be addressed. He should be in contact with him by the end of the week. Not sure how long it will take for us to get it resolved but we are currently working on getting this handled.
